    The Athletic reported that 2000+ high-schools and 200 colleges use them. Apparently, Matt LaFleur thinks they should be used in game. I give it 2 seasons until that’s true.

    I think it’s mainly meant to lessen the effect of those small repeated helmet to helmet collisions by the O and D line.

    Just about to say the same thing. A reasonable contract gives him a better chance to actually get the money. Plus, he knows they won’t be in a position to replace him for a long time. Better to stay here vs be more expendable somewhere else.

    Heard someone say the NFL isn’t going to hand down a hash penalty for this stuff because of what that precedent would mean for owners like Snyder, Jerry, Kraft.

    Not enough evidence beyond just an allegation.

    He should get 6 games (standard suspension for domestic violence) per case. The NFL is deciding his punishment based on 4 accusations so that would be 24 games.
