Yup, new guards are great but it doesn’t matter if Icky is still a turnstile. If one of those new guards goes down we are right back where we were last year.

Good video. I think their take on Bryce is spot on.

He was going to be riding the bench on a losing team. Im sure that was a factor.
-
He’s meh on the entire team….and for good reason. Starters are meh backups are bleh.
-
I don’t know, but I don’t think the route called for stopping and putting JC between him and the ball.

Another home run 2nd rounder.

Maybe he’s come to the conclusion he doesn’t have the tools to make it.

File this under “water is wet” CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Carolina Panthers have the most miserable fans in the NFL, according to a new survey that examined fan happiness of every professional sports team in North America. The survey, which was organized by Casino.org, found that 65% of Panthers fans believe there's no chance the team will make it to the Super Bowl. Their doubts are backed up by oddsmakers, too. The Panthers have the longest odds to make the Super Bowl at 300 to 1 on FanDuel. Ouch. On a scale of 1-5 with a 1 being never and 5 always, Panthers fans feel letdown frequently with an average score of 4. Over half of Carolina football fans don't trust the team's management. The Panthers last made the playoffs in the 2017 season. That six-year drought is the third-longest in the NFL, behind only ten New York Jets (13 years) and Denver Broncos (eight years). On the flip side, the happiest fanbases are Kansas City, San Francisco, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Tampa Bay. Panthers fan unhappiness, according to the survey: 40% of fans aren't happy with the team's current players 45% find game day expenses to be too expensive (tickets, merchandise, concessions) 55% don't find game day experiences to be enjoyable https://www.wcnc.com/article/sports/nfl/panthers/fans-unhappiest-in-nfl-survey-finds/275-a49ed42b-ac87-4743-b26a-b866f0f0b37b

He’s durable at 22, but he did have that ankle injury. There is no such thing as a body that can defeat the basic laws of physics. Smaller people get hurt by bigger people….especially as they get older.

I thought about going since I have a lot of free time next week, but really what’s the point. There is no one I want to watch.

I hear they’re trying out this idea of ‘competition at every position’.

Jonathon Brooks staying patient, playing the long game

Running backs don’t last 7-10 years. If we’re lucky, he’s got 2-3 years of good production in him. Also, the search for ‘value in the draft’ has been part of why our drafting has sucked for years. Coaches and GMs trying to be smarter than everyone else. -
Solid prediction.

same… Rough edges, bland color, too tall….I could go on.

That’s a terrible post. Rough edges, bland color, too tall….I could go on.

I’m pretty sure the Cinci guy owns 97% of his team.
-
I guess these numbers don’t include the values of the teams they own.

This. Quitting at this stage would be a terrible career move. I guess he could have a family matter, but 90% chance he was fired.
