  1. 8-9 or 9-8. Rookie QB, new coaches, new scheme, older injury prone weapons on offense, only one good DE. We’ll be lucky to have a winning season. Next year is the true test in my mind.
  2. What are the stats on the other 5 games? 2022 CMP% CJ: 66% BY: 64% Records set by Young in college: 1st in Alabama single-season passing yards (4,872) 1st in Alabama single-season passing touchdowns (47) 1st in Alabama career five-touchdown games (5) 2nd in Alabama career passing yards (8,356) 2nd in Alabama career passing touchdowns (80)
  3. Didn’t Reich or Fit say Dalton doesn’t really need the reps given his experience so Young will get most of the work in camp?
  4. It also includes new practice facilities like what was scrapped in Rock hill.
  5. Unless Raleigh wants to give him billions to build a brand new stadium from the ground up, he has nowhere to go
  6. You don’t matter. How does giving 600 million of Meck co and Charlotte city tax dollars to a multi-billionair benefit tax payers?
  7. No he won’t. This isn’t Oakland. The NFL won’t let a top 10 population state not have a team. Given Tepper blew his reputation in SC, he doesn’t have any options unless Raleigh wants to give him money.
  8. CMS schools are terrible. Let’s give them 600 mill instead.

  10. Yeah, I had that attitude going into 2015 and expected the team to lose every week. Because of that, I didn’t enjoy that year as much as I could have. I’m hopeful until the 3rd game. That’s usually how long it takes to know if a team is really bad or not.
  11. Because they don’t want to get their hopes up. If the team sucks, it’s what they expected so no big deal. If the team is good, then that’s great! win-win for their mental state. I get it.
  12. You should look into the history of the people who own the Bengals and Chargers.
  13. Oh….it wasn’t a slight. Most new college grads are desperate for money. Especially athletes who couldn’t work in college and didn’t get that NIL money.
  14. CJ Stroud LOVED Nicole. Said it a few times during interviews. I think she is just the team mom.
  15. Going out on a limb, but I’m willing to bet Ol’ Tepp increased the renew price and this all part of the negotiations.
  16. He’ll be the best QB in the division this year. The only open question is long term health.
  17. Thats not how I read it at all, but we all see what we want to see. Also, there was an owner on twitter the other day asking fans if he should draft two QBs so…..
  18. There was a joke that Nicole was involved in the coaching hire to keep her husband from falling for more Rhule-like BS. I guess that joke wasn’t far off. “Nicole’s a very good judge of character, and that’s why she’s involved in this,” Fitterer says. “She sees it from a different viewpoint and she’s got a really strong b.s. meter. So it was great. … We may fall in love with the guys as players and kind of turn our head, kind of dismiss certain things. She’s got that intelligence to dial in.” And on Young? “She loved him,” Fitterer continues. Her husband, of course, would contribute, too, and in an interesting way—it wasn’t so much about what he thought as what he knew. And what he knew was that his team would have its best shot at getting the decision right with as thorough a process as possible. So as sure as most of the crew might’ve been after Young’s pro day, there was still work left to be done. “[Tepper] is all about process,” Fitterer says. “He’s not about the evaluating. He’s not going to sit there and say, Hey, listen, I think this guy’s got a great arm. That’s not his world, and Dave’s smart enough to realize that. He doesn’t want to influence it that way. He just wants to make sure that we’re looking at it from every viewpoint and challenging ourselves, and that we have the data behind our decisions—that we’re not just looking at it from a scouting standpoint, that we have all the back-checks that we can use that are out there. “Are we doing enough? Are we testing these guys enough? Do we know enough about their psychological makeup and competitiveness? He just keeps asking questions. And he’s not challenging us. He’s just making us think. Are we thinking about this properly?”
  19. Our defense is not top 10. I wish it was, but we don’t have the pieces quite yet. Need LB, CB, and another good DE.
