  1. Thats another way of saying Shane wasn’t on board with Tepper’s level of involvement and/ or didn’t agree with Tepper on a key issue.
  2. So Tepp has “conviction” on “his guy” again. Tale as old as time.
  3. Long article here, but here’s the end: ”As for the worst Panthers’ team discussion, those interviewed and others informally polled agree it’s a two-horse race between 2010 and this year’s team, which will try to avoid becoming the first to finish 1-16 since the NFL went to a 17-game schedule in 2021. Jansen, who snapped for both teams, would only say: “The 2010 team was really, really bad.” https://theathletic.com/5138414/2023/12/15/carolina-panthers-franchise-worst-teams/?source=emp_shared_article
  4. The former Panthers guy who works under Howie Roseman is who I’m interested in right now.
  5. The part about Cam wearing those crazy Versace pants to the SB as a Fug you to Gettleshorts is hilarious.
  6. He doesn’t say anything. Not worth watching. remember, Jake is still employed by the Panthers.
  7. The opposite of whoever Fitt and this scouting staff want.
  8. We are doomed until Tepper gets lucky or learns how to hire correctly. That could take a decade or more. He’s clearly clueless at the moment and he has no one to teach him.
  9. The odds of Tepper hiring a good GM and a good coach are zero. He might luck out and get one hire right, but the other guy will still be trash. Tepper still doesnt know what he doesn’t know.
  10. Here is what we know. Tepper has hired TWO terrible HCs and a bad GM. Everything that comes from that is on him. Tepper feels he needs to meet with the HC weekly during the season. Hint: Tepper isn’t giving out back runs in there. Tepper traveled with the coaches and scouts to each QB pro day. We know Tepper is VERY involved. We know Tepper didn’t fire those coach’s for insubordination when they texted him behind Reich’s back. Even if he isn’t calling every shot, he’s still influencing everything.
  11. Bryce will play every game this year and at least 50% of games next year. He’ll either improve or he’ll give us another #1 overall pick. Side note: Scott wanted to give the Bears TWO 1st rounders instead of DJ. Can you imagine not having a 2025 1st with this poo show?
  12. So many of these guys won’t even be here next year. What are they playing for really. Most are just trying to not get hurt.
  13. All this sounds nice but when was the last time our draft picks and FA acquisitions worked out? Until things change there, every plan is dead on arrival. Same with front office hired.
  14. Im not counting the owner who’s been around for 1 season…lolz
  15. Im not counting the Denver people. They just started.
  16. “NFL team owners collect millions in revenue. They wield outsized power over their organizations and in their communities. They point to the bottom line, wins and losses, when firing coaches and executives, sometimes without giving them much time. But their own won-lost records appear nowhere. Even people who follow the NFL closely might not know whether Miami Dolphinsowner Stephen Ross owns a better record than New York Giants owner John Mara (he does). They might not know whether female owners account for two of the five highest winning percentages since taking over their teams (they do). They might not know that the only team without a traditional owner could lose 200 games overnight without dipping below .500 (the Green Bay Packers could). They might not know that five of the last six owners to buy (rather than inherit) a team make up the bottom five in win percentage (they do — the lone exception is the Buffalo Bills’ Terry Pegula). Some of these ownership situations are difficult to evaluate for reasons such as owners allowing their offspring to operate their teams. I’ve used simple criteria in ranking owners from worst to best win rates below. For our purposes, wins and losses are counted for owners after the NFL has approved their purchases; after an owner transferred the team to a family member; or after an owner died and left the team to an heir. Setting aside the Packers and their 1,430 games without an individual owner, the Chicago Bears’ Virginia McCaskey ranks No. 1 in total games (644) and wins (324), but only 16th in win rate. The Washington Commanders’ Josh Harris resides at the other end with only 13 games, and with a 4-9 record (.308) so far, that is where we begin“ https://theathletic.com/5115078/2023/12/08/nfl-owners-ranking-32-teams/?source=targeted_email&campaign=8502704 Tepper is the 2nd worst after Shad Khan. Kraft is #1.
  17. Not associated with this guys, but it made me chuckle. People should wear these to Games. https://panthersnation.myshopify.com
  18. The 9/11 speech in that story was wild… He’s already apologized for it.
  19. The three part series on Sean D is not good… https://www.golongtd.com/p/the-mcdermott-problem-part-i-blame
  20. There’s a reason it took 50 years for the eagles to make the SB.
  21. https://www.news4jax.com/news/local/2023/01/11/clowns-to-crowns-fan-who-started-petition-to-fire-jaguars-gm-baalke-rethinks-position-after-success/#:~:text=JACKSONVILLE%2C Fla.,and general manager Trent Baalke.
  22. It’s not but it happens. I read how Doug Pederson had to sit in weekly meetings with the eagles owner and Howie Roseman during their superbowl year going over every decision made during the previous game. The gist was the eagles were a complete sh@t show, but lucked into a good GM and coach.
