    Just confirmation absolutely no one wanted to come work here. This move was being telegraphed since last week by the press so I’m guessing the team knew they were out of luck at least two weeks ago.

    Yeah, in general guys have to take advantage of these HC openings wherever they come, because odds are not good they’ll come around again. The money is a huge step up, and being a HC pretty much guarantees you some kind of nfl job for life (unless you’re just extremely bad).

    Morgan is the backup. Since he’s already with the team, He allows Tepper to save face when he can’t attract anyone else.

    They are $110 million in debt and missed a $3 million interest payment 2 weeks ago. They’re not coming back.

    Average NFL stadium seat capacity = 65k Average NFL ticket price = $150. ~$10 million per game. $80 million in stadium ticket revenue per season. Does not include concessions and club box seating revenue. Does it cost more than 100 mill a year to run a stadium? I doubt it.

    Ravens are very well run. Always make good draft decisions. For years they seemed to always have the most comp picks, etc. Steelers are great too. It’s an open secret their owner is very involved but stays low key about it. He has a lifetime of experience to draw from though.

    We’ve heard enough comments from Cam and other departing FAs to know the culture among the players is bad.

    They are just denying lateral moves. Evero has been interviewing for HC jobs.

    Agreed, but this team also needs to heavily revamp this offense over the next few years. An alpha type coach isn’t going to change everyone’s attitudes.

    On our team Baker looked like he forgot how to play and would never play again. He could barely complete a pass at times. There are a lot of issues, but our team culture is trash. Players just don’t want to work/play hard. Cam said as much when he left.

    I’d rather have an Andy Reid type. He’s a great mix of both.

    Dak seems to fold in the playoffs.

    The coach they just fired was being paid $4 million a year. That has to be the lowest paid HC job out there.

    The chargers are really cheap. No way they will pay him what he wants.
