    If we’re judging his play since the benching it does. Live and die on stats if you must, he looks way better and we’ll know if he is the long term answer sometime next season. You’ve made your point. Now wait and see what happens.

    Let’s take out all the terrible games at the start of the year. How do we rank over the past 3 games? 14th it turns out. (who is that at 15th)? Now…what would the rank be if we didn’t have all those drops?

    One or two fewer drops by XL would give Bryce a better stat line against the Eagles than Burrow.

    Not every players path is the same. Not everyone improves on a linear trajectory. At this point, his potential is the same as Strouds. Time will tell.

    He’s doing well for a 2nd year QB with bad WRs. He’s not elite, but the potential is there.

    Yeah, I was excited for him. Then thought he was the biggest bust in history. Now, I think he has a real future if he continues to get better and can stay healthy. None of us know how to evaluate players.

    If they are serious about developing Bryce, he has to have weapons. Then again, XL is just a rookie. He’ll improve.

    Not sure what I think about Bryce’s business decision on that fumble. Maybe he knocks it away. Maybe he breaks his arm.

    Going from not being able to complete a pass to save his life to a 300 yrd, 3 TD, 0 INT game in one season is nuts. It must have been all mental. Theilen alluded to trying to help Bryce understand he didn’t have to be perfect on every play.

    I’m encouraged. Derek Brown plus another run stuffer and one or two better line backers will go a long way. Another good WR will help a ton as well. Next year will be much better.
