  1. If we traded for Watson I would emotionlessly try and sell or just turn in before next year if I couldn't get something for them. Tepper has a contract on those PSL and he is going to make money on it anyways. I was at that point when we traded for Darnold, I'm in maybe we get to see what comes next sooner than expected now. Watson would be a fug it move to me. Time to bail and focus on life elsewhere.
  2. The fans would eat it in ticket prices. The team is a business organization and it's just another expense in the budget that can offset income in it's tax return. Edit: LOL wrong quote right poster
  3. Sadly possible but where he goes and when he goes will mater for him in that regard. I'm not sure this is a great place for him to land. It's not like Cam had an easy time and he bought a stolen laptop...
  4. I agree, it just scares me that he could absolutely pull that trigger. I can't cheer for that dude at this point.
  5. A protest against a predator being shipped in and a crap NFL player's awfulness are different protest. Like non-NFL people show up for one of those and the other doesn't even exist tomorrow for a huge chunk of the populace.
  6. Ohh fun. An embarrassing protest every game is really going to improve the game day experience I guess.
  7. I would have started with hiring Berry or Peters as GM and seeing who he was interested in at HC.
  8. It's done. Trade anyone not in the 3 year plan. Get picks and the rest of the games are practice for next year for the players that we want and want to come back. Staff needs to suck it up and do better the rest of the year with what they have.
  9. After Hurney it proved anyone can do it good enough to be employed for more than a decade. Good luck
  10. I'm sorry for your pain, my pain and all Panther fans pain that we traded for that poo after not learning anything from last year.
  11. Wildcat time or is it still too early in the year?
  12. Yup, especially if Tepper goes agro. It's so much easier to succeed at that level and he is getting his teeth kicked in with 10 more games left. I just wonder if it takes Tepper firing him.
  13. It's a 5 year plan... Will this new low make us do something worse? I kind of expect it at this point sadly. Rookie owner overcompensates and does something that backfires. At least it is exciting now I guess.
  14. A QB isn't fixing this, it at best is masking some of it.
  15. Brady got beat hard there. Damn, he has been decent in pass protect.
  16. One has experience and lots of pain in the NFL and the other is just starting.
  17. So, is it time to start talking about the draft and our missing picks?
  18. Fug it, consider them all fired and just start interviewing people.
  19. Just wow, this is going to make or break Rhule. Not the win but the new low. More talent and less production then the Giants. Just so much worse than I could have feared.
  20. It's ridiculous and the result of a new owner not putting his people in a position to succeed. Not firing Hurney before hiring Rhule. Not getting Rhule to take on more experience in his staff. Reality is coming into play and now we get to see if that can shake some positives loose. I knew this was going to happen when we traded for Sam and ate poop for it so the shock and awe is long gone for me.
