  1. Wasn't he caught tanking? Edit: Yup, obviously tanked and lost the locker room. If jumping 3 spots in the draft and getting yourself fired is thumbing your nose at the owner and GM, he fugged that up too.
  2. But he was our hope to give Rhule an NFL experienced OC to save his job... Who else is a disgraced NFL former HC that can bring much needed experience to Rhule's staff next year and is desperate enough to need to take the job?
  3. I have no idea what will happen. I just don't understand how that would work. If Rhule went outside his comfort zone to hire Brady, WTF would working with competent and experienced people daily do to him? The guy can't handle Cam being around, it's sounds comical really. Also thinking about this crew running a coach search to match with Rhule is hilarious. Hey Rhule, this is the guy who will temp your job when we can you, have fun bossman lol. There is no good future with Rhule here, polish that turd all day and it will still be a turd. I'm very interested to hear the crowd on Sunday. If we are not looking for his replacement on Tuesday it's going to get bleak AF.
  4. Great, I don't care at all about Sam. He can go play whipping boy and I can laugh my butt off.
  5. Hire bad people and get a bad product. This organization is infested with incompetence and people performing poorly. JR is a POS but he does understand the NFL. He still put an image he found desirable above winning but his mediocre product looks top shelf from where we sit right now. That stings, and fug JR. It's pretty bleak right now. When you start to wonder if your Fandom can withstand the stink or if you even care anymore, it's real bad. Since 1995 I can't think of a time where this team was as pathetic on so many levels.
  6. Hopefully Rhule is told Monday that he will not be the coach next year and we can begin the search on Tuesday. Make Rhule finish the last 2 game weeks and make him play the rookies. I like this new rule, it gives the chance for meaning to the bad teams at the end of the year and gets the interviews going before coaches are in the thick of the playoffs.
  7. It honestly sounded like he never meshed with the staff so good for him to get out. The evaluation part doesn't hurt anymore, I'm numb at this point to their subpar evaluations. It offers more to the case of damaging incompetence that is this staff and why they should be fired.
  8. The only part that hurts is that we are paying 2 million for him to play there. The pro-bowl is just a popularity contest and is completely unwatchable event. Our issues are way bigger than a LBer who has issues staying healthy. If you want to get mad, go and look over the money and draft capital spent at QB. It makes the Perryman situation look like a warmup.
  9. Remember when Teddy was a lock to be here this year due to his salary? Yeah me too. Sam has no future here anymore. If Rhule is here it doesn't matter, anyone to play QB for him will do poorly. If it's another HC, they will only keep Sam if they are going for the #1 pick in 2023. Nobody without brain damage or looking towards the 2023 draft would want Sam at QB. I still think we dump him and blame the waste on Rhule after he is dumped. We end up with Cam or any of the other guys we should have signed instead of that awful trade for Sam. At this point, I don't see this team surviving a lame duck year from Rhule, his damage has been to great this year.
  10. 'The good old days'... And much like Brady, he never lived up to most of the hype.
  11. And at least 3 degrees of separation from Hurney. People hired by Hurney or by people Hurney hired do not qualify as 'trustable football people'.
  12. Rhule's reaction to being on the hot seat? Doubling down. Doing the same thing and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. There is zero reason for a 3rd year, we already know what it will look like. Rhule waste a chance to earn a 3rd year every Sunday. Yesterday showed Rhule has learned nothing and refuses to adapt.
  13. He is 100% a Rhule quality GM. Maybe he is worth keeping but it has to be looked at or it's just more of the same.
  14. You are not wrong. They are having a down year but still way above this team in trajectory. I hate having such bad staff here, it kills any positives we could be building around.
  15. That sounds ideal. Just handing it over to Friterer sounds like SSDD. Bring in a consultant, let them set up the boundaries and start to evaluate who is here and who shouldn't be here.
  16. Tepper needs to being in a football expert to be in charge. We do not appear to have one at any level at this time.
  17. Robinson and Melvin in the red zone, WTF did they think was going to happen?
  18. Rhule's commitment to his Oline vision is just amazing. It's complete dog poo but he just keep doing it over and over.
  19. It's so bad that I really can't hope to see something that makes this much sense in regards to the Oline. Other than injury, all signs point to more of the same awfulness. We have so many guys playing poorly and out of position that it is just a circus at this point. When Rhule came out and started talking about arm lengths I lost any possible chance at hope that they would give it a 'Geez, everything else is a giant failure. Why not?' but nope. None of that. Send in the clowns.
