Any LT without weight or injury issues.

#1 is absolutely useless. Just toss that out completely. It sounds more like superstition than anything useful in evaluation The rest makes sense, I'm not sure how you quantify some of these things though.

Small-handed QB argument sounds foolish on its face
Waldo replied to top dawg's topic in Carolina Panthers
Ball size rundown The balls weigh the same but different sizes, shapes and materials. It still depends on the QB. I'm sure their is a lot more complex answer for this but all we have right now is hand size. I do wonder if it is finger length, hand strength or somethibg like that to be lot more accurate. Is there a gloved QB that has done really well? I'm drawing a blank. -
No lipstick needed to justify just cleaning the slate and starting from scratch here. Any other team making moves, forward or backwards, just don't matter. We are our own worst enemies at this point so just focus inwards. Everything else in the NFL is a distraction for the Panthers and shouldn't be a worry at this time. I'm so much more worried about dysfunction growing inside this organization as this farce continues that the rest of the NFL is a minor threat at the end of the day.

Aren't collage balls smaller than NFL balls? If they are the same sizes as they used to be it's a big difference. As always, depends on the prospect. Smaller hands on a QB matters in context. Let's see how he rings up in the combine and see how he does with a real ball in drills. I remember Pickles being a great example of failing to make that transition with small hands. So yeah, it can matter. -
Have you ever hated this team more than right now?

Hate? No. Disgusted, angry and not willing to accept the crap they have become? Absolutely. -
2nd interview with firmer Bears ST coach Chris Tabor
Waldo replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
What did he do wrong to see this place as a viable option for his career? -
I don't see but 1 Olineman on our roster that could do any of that. WR could be fine with actual coaching, who knows what that group could look like with a QB and coaching.

It's a Marty Hurney all star front office...of course it's not working.

It's like groundhog day all over again. Darnold will be better behind a better line, false. The numbers say he is worse with time. Now it would take a lot off of his shoulder to have a better run blocking line but his brains are just not good enough for the NFL. He doesnt make nearly as many turnovers on the first 2 dozen scripted plays and then it's throw at the LOS time or else. So a run first offense makes sense untill you realize that it is 2022. Rhule's success in school was pedestrian. That's it. Becaude Rhule is staying the fans have to play pretend for another year. False, if you have eyes and actually watched the least 2 years we are running into a pooshow. I have no idea why anyone would feel confident in Rhule or even prop him up. Just call it what it is. It's straight rotten tomatoes time in Pantherland. Paradis' dead cap is worth less than his roster space, that is how bad he is and you can lump the 2 duds we signed last year to that list. I have no idea if Reddick wants to come back but he should absolutly be a priority, not the overpriced CBs. Maybe we could run that 3-4 look more often and actually stop the run at some point if the CB fetish wasn't fed another year. It is so bad right now they are writing up the hopeless cheap options because there is no real chance of anything else.

Great, maybe if we sign that POS I can sell my PSLs on the up. What a nightmare, the only legit QB we have a shot at, not really even then, is a serial sexual predator. Yay Carolina football.

It's a daily kind of thing

Welcome aboard McAdoodoo. I think we can actually win the number one this season. This guy shat on Sam so it's very possible he fed Rhule how to do QB another way. I'm still laughing, these people are fun in all the wrong ways.
-
I honestly think he just doesn't see it that way, or really see it at all. Look angry fans is what fans do. He could still be a hustled mark at this point with what we know. 'Next year we do it like back in school'... I do think as this continues that will change. It will continue for sure, Rhule is the media's easy mark and most fans are pissed in a way I have never seen with this team. It's not going away. I'm here for it and I'm more invested in that process then the actual football side at this point.

This is all bad news and all very negative. What a clusterfug. Ohh well. Rome wasn't built in a day but a bowl full of dookie sure is and we are not watching Rome get built here. Keeping Anderson while trading Moore is beyond stupid. Either CB over Reddick is stupid. Tepper thinking he can ghost on this mess and won't have his soccer team or anything else publicly ridiculed is naïve and I look forward to the shame that flies his way. This team is being run by morons from top to bottom and it's just accepted now. Sad days but I guess the poop has to go somewhere. Fug'em all.

As long as we don't have to trade for them or commit much beyond this year, whatever. Welcome new meat for the grinder, I won't care about you but thank you for getting paid to bring us the #1 in 2023.

Panthers conducting 2nd interview with Jay Gruden today
Waldo replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
Why else would they turn the lights off? He got caught somewhere, bathroom stall or such. His adult show that the kids show was based off of was really weird. His work in the Cheech and Chong movie had him doing coke under a table in a restaurant. Could be a fun OC for us. -
Depends on the QB, the cost and situation. I wouldn't send 3 picks for a guy not on a rookie contract. It's too hard to lose the cap space and cheap players those picks could have been. 2 first picks is reasonable, I loved Lance coming out but 3 was too damn much. As for the situation, when I see trades like that and think about what we have going on here and that is a fug no for me. This is the kind of move I do not want to see from people on hot seats, 1st year HCs/GMs or organizations with dysfunction issues. We got 2 of those and the third could be debated so not here, not now.

Well if he doesn't bring Watson with him then sure, why not. He is easy to not like and that makes it easier for me to keep laughing at this mess and the shmear job being done. The only good candidates won't even take an interview so we are talking about getting at best the top of the dregs.
