I was hoping for a consultant to help train Tepper. I'm fine with Friterer getting a shot but he hasn't sepperated himself from the stink here that he helped create. Yes that was what he was hired to do and that isn't a good selling point on why he should stay under the new expanded role. I need to see him recoup draft caputal without deluting what we have left. If he can't do that then I hope he is dumped. Regardless of positives it would be great to clear the room, bleach it, paint it and fill it with all different people. It is that bad.

A great example of why fire sells exist. Good players pissed, bad players taking up huge chunks of the cap and some solid areas that might not make it through the rest of this year anyways with how bad it is going. Friterer should just open a call center over the next 3 weeks.

It was a crap staff. Improved? Sure some but not enough and not where we desperately needed it. There isn't anyone competent enough to try to save this offense around. It is time to start the selling process and ride McAdoodoo to the #1 pick.

I honestly thought we might win this week, have to hear about what could be for 1 week and then this reality come crashing down. Meh, what did we really expect? Decent D, solid energy on the D and an offense that is historically bad regardless of effort. Once the Rams adjusted at halftime we had nothing more to give.
