I can't believe people defend this coaching staff

Panthers podcast shuts down due to team’s poor performance
Waldo replied to TN05's topic in Carolina Panthers
The fringe was still not as bad as the product on the field... Tepper is worse than the crap stained square of paper towel glued to a lid seat of a BoA seat lid toilet. Shocker -
Defensive guys keep failing even when then do draft talented young QBs. I just don't think most make the best HCs any more. Bowels seems to be bucking thst trend while becoming more than just a DC as a HC. Dude keeps finding OCs 3 years in a row while other guys ran a top 5 D can't keep their offenses running well after 1 year.

Is anyone else now buying the idea Tepper has eyes on a Europe move??
Waldo replied to Basbear's topic in Carolina Panthers
Such an easy thing for him to pull off and make money on. Not a good precedent to set when looking towards thr future. -
He was hurt last game, that's why Rico got more touches. It's the NFL and injuries are the norm. They did right and went out and got a back that can run. Now prove they chose wisely
-
Start as DC and pair him with an old hand HC...when Tepper sales the team
-
I was more in on Johnson but Shane looked like another good option. We ended up with their Temu knockoff
-
Yeah I mixed up SS the year before but they said he didn't interview well and more lol. Link. Not a leader of men but they went with DC LOL
-
Damn you may be right
-
He already bowed out after interviewing the year before. I think that was the year he skipped out on Washington after saying their new ownership group acting like they were running an NBA team. I think the Panthers leaked he had a bad interview or some BS.

Dalton isn't capable of playing more than a few games at this point. If they want to make a trade it's got nothing to do with Dalton playing. They need to come to grip with the Young situation and come up with a plan or just keep doing the same crap while hoping for a different outcome. It might matter if we are talking about XL tho.
-
I think we will all see that eventually. It's just a matter of when
-
For a very short time and then he is hurt or tired. Past Andy was the QB Young wished he was.
-
They only way he is on the team next season is of Tepper still wants him here then. It's just a matter of how. I think Dalton has a better chance to stick around than Young.
-
Maybe. They might end up just cutting him. Too early to tell. Maybe he gets sat and then comes off the bench a little better after the rest of the team improves without him around again. Maybe they play him the entire time and no one wants him for more than a prove it cost ehich would be under his rookie contract amount. Too early to gage his value other than low range.
-
No he stepped up for an impossible task for a lot of money. There was a year of film and his friend that became GM had all the inside info. Im calling BS on that. He isn't a victim of Young but a willing accomplice. I think we got him because of the Young issue. Without the Young issue next year we just have the Tepper issue so maybe? It's worth a try IMO. Top pick, another ridiculous contract and if the fans are lucky the new people can negotiate better Tepper handling g to take the job.
-
He is the dumbass that got picked for Bryce and took the giant payday to do so. What has he done to earn a shot or use a top pick this offseason? I have seen him fail enough personally. He needs to spend more time as a coordinator and learn from a HC that can show him how to be a successful HC becaude nothing points to him figuring it out currently. Have you ever seen the team ready for the season under him? I sure haven't.

Continuity is how we got Hurney picking Rhule for Tepper, year 3 of Rhule, Fritterer's 23 draft & coaching staff and the dynamic duo of Morgan and DC now. We need to end the continuity and try something else. Again, maybe they get lucky. This staff is what we got for forcing Young on the them. Fug trying to save that personally, it was always built to fail and were all bottom choices anyways. It's the NFL, if you can't prove why there should be a year three then there shouldn't be. It would be completely justifiable to walk away from all of these people given what year 2 looks like...and it's actually year 3 for some of them yikes.
-
Yup. Who the vet is, at what cost and who they can draft is way too fluid. It damn sure shouldn't be Dalton that's all I know.
-
He hasn't earned a 3rd year and at this point I wouldn't want to watch it anyways. He hasn't shown he can coach his way out of a wet papper bag.
-
I agree. Maybe there are no vets that fit what we want to do either. Maybe find one vet and draft 2 should be on the table for us.
-
Just have NFL level skills, only spend 1 pick on them and then pray.
-
All I can hope for is a better QB draft than last year.

I was never a fan for many reasons. Too little experience so he wasn't ready, his offense didn't match what young could do, a cheerleader/motivational speaker is a huge negative with the Teppers, was Morgan's friend, didn't even get an interview elsewhere for obvious reasons and 1 year thst was overhyped because Baker was put into a functional offense with a deflated ego. We were never getting a decent hire between being tied to Young and working for the Teppers. That's just too much to overcome after a one and done pooshow that was 2023.
