Bryce will be known by the end of the year for good or bad because he isn't a project QB. If it's bad, just fire the staff/GM and start over. If a QB Guru HC can't pick a good QB then you also need a new coaching staff and no they shouldn't get another swing if that is how it plays out. Honestly I think the fans turn on them again if Bryce isn't it well before the end of the season. It's been ugly here for years and fair was never part of any of this.

Yeah, he didn't have the physical or mental ability to be a practice squad QB. I'm not impressed with Bryce but at least he is smart. Clausen was a potato with tiny hands and blond hair.

LOL If Bryce isn't ready now then more time really won't matter. His entire thing was being a pro ready and mature QB. His knock is he didn't have a lot of potential growth, like none. Unlike with a high growth rookie starting at a lower floor it won't take years to figure out if Bryce has a future or is a bust. Either he steps up or they should start looking for other people to bring in next year. He really looks physically limited and he wasn't Clausen level bad but he looked like a less talented Teddy that couldn't see the field as well.

They mailed in the season when Tepper kept Fritterer. Everything after that has been set up for failure and boy did they go hard. At least there really won't be any pushback when people start getting fired because this year is set up to be very ugly...again.

Top 5. The 3-4 switch while going for a mega trade deal for a QB in the draft with a new staff trying to prop up the GM's past mistakes sealed it for me. If they can hit pick 6 or above I would actually be a little impressed with them clawing that far towards mediocrity.

He is an embarrassment as a GM and people are still propping him up. He can't build a team, he can't draft with any cohesive vision and he looks to be busting on his 1st round picks. An unhealthy CB, a RT at LT for a run first offensive approach in the modern NFL and a tiny QB to go behind the cheeks oline he built...LOL and that's just the 1st picks. Any talent on the table really means very little if the team isn't well built and this is a 2019 level dumpster fire but we have to wait for the first coupe of real games to allow it to be confirmed so just a couple of more weeks before I get to see how long the fan base gives AS about the new staff and all the blah they brought to the table.

Watching this team burn with zero fugs given is really the best football has brought to the table since 2016.

Tepper hasn't won anything since buying this team and trading up to #1 this year just proves he is nowhere close to turning it around. Going with Young and watching him bust in the NFL will just be the cherry on top of the pile of crap he has turned this franchise into. It was sad in the Rhule times but now it's just a bottom dweller team doing bottom dweller things. Looking though this place and seeing the desperation and disconnection from reality is just sad. The owner that runs a team with a 29-53 (35% winning) record team is exactly what his record says he is. He is owner in the mold of Haslam and Johnson. It's time to accept the Panthers are the same as the Browns and the Jets at this point. Or don't and wonder why people look at you like you are a Browns or Jets fan lol. I have been with this team since the beginning and along with PSL in the family since we played at Clemson. First game I went to was our home game vs the 49ers at the Clemson stadium. It obviously has affected you because you are holding up Penderson and Jacksonville is such a sad flex. He walked into a franchise QB in the other weakest division. Anyone wanting to be Jacksonville is just sad.
