  1. They not we. And that humiliation isn't going away until draft day and then they will still talk about how bad of a trade it was for years during the draft.
  2. I hope there is a fire sale around week 5 in 2024. Just purge this roster. The Panthers have Brown. That's it. One guy worth keeping and playing. If they keep Fritters then he will probibly make it zero. Is Moton good or just looks good in comparison? I think he is solid but that's it.
  3. It's not like he has the power to do something about it? Like fire the people he hired that helped him make it this bad... The drink thing is just a hurt ego outburst which looks really bad coming from the man running and ruining a multi-billion dollar sports team. Maybe some of his supporters will get mad at him when they take a pick for his actions?
  4. The NFL taking more picks after what Tepper already did would just punish the fans further. Ban that man from the building for an offseason if you want to punish Tepper in a way that actually bothers him, giving the fans any hope is just a bonus to that.
  5. The only hope is the NFL bans him from the building and he is forced to hire help from the outside who are not more Yes people. Clean house, burn the organization he built to the ground and hire better people to run it all for him moving forward where his input is a more traditional NFL owner roles. Give his blessing and go to the owners box that has a window this time.
  6. Most just assume it's an easy move that is 100% justified if you look at the record over her time in that position.
  7. That is easily fixed and the new person and clear out the rest of the mistakes.
  8. I'm not even getting into all of that. He is painful to watch. It's garbage football and there is no angle to prop it up without going full delusional fan mode.
  9. I am actually considering not paying my last year of PSLs. I was walking in '25 anyways and even at $500 no one is buying that licenses so why the fug not? That credit hit is starting to look worth it. 2024 looks like the perfect year to tune out the Panthers. I just want to see who they hire so I can have 1 final laugh before my Panthers vacation
  10. He sucks to watch. His kind of football belongs in school and is why I don't watch that level. I would have watched Dalton or Stroud regardless of losses and I sat through Baker and Darnold but can't sit through Young. That has nothing to do with him being a rookie and the threat of more only kills hope of watchable football again next year.
  11. Bryce gets sat half way in and the team picks up 5 wins in the second half ending up with pick 8 or so. Or they bring in an 'all Bryce' staff and it's another 2 win season and that staff is one and done but the team gets a top 5 pick that Fritters already traded for a WR this offseason...
  12. I don't care about arguing about Bryce and his ability, just more watsed time. Watching him play ball makes me hate football. There was never a year I watched as little football as this year and next year also looks like ass too now. That's it, that is who he is as a player, the guy who makes watching the NFL not worth it.
  13. If you think it can't get worse then you lack a basic imagination. There are so many ways it could still get worse.
  14. Fire Coleman and hire a consultant to hire a new President to run the team and clean the entire house while the Teppers take a huge step back and use the new hire as their point of contact with how the team is run. It would take some time to clean all of the mess but wow they would have a lot of choices where to start: Fritters and Suleiman would be my personal 2 with the scouting department right after the draft. Tepper is so bad at hiring it's comical, just burn it all down even if it takes 2 or 3 years. If you want to really change the cultural cancers that Tepper brought in with him this is the way, top down which if you remember is how he fugged it all up.
  15. Leaders of men never got this team past mediocre. If that is your goal then you are just choosing a better way of losing. How many leaders of men types out of the top 10 coaches in the league (not that they can't do both but the ones known for leading over actual ability)? Winning should be the culture that is built around in a team. The other stuff matters but winning should come first. Meh, DC tried that with Ron and they are still losing and that's really all Ron brings to the table. It's a dead end that is more of a feel good story then an actual good plan. Doesn't matter, if Tepper is running the team the same way next year then it's going to be the same outcome regardless. Panther fans have lost their minds in all of the bad and it shows at this point.
  16. That house isn't big enough for those 2 egos. Can he not stay in school? Seems like a better fit with how he works with others and all I heard was some light wrist slapping punishements from the sign stealing tthing. Just asking, don't care to dive too deep into that level's drama. He is a master of creating leverage for better contracts. I don't see how this is really any difference.
  17. Wilks in Arizona is one. They hired most of the staff and had to hire a 1 year DC to fill the HC spot. I can't remember all of the details but it was a mess. He got Rosen for a QB and was 1 and done for it. The fact Wilks took that job really lowered my opinion of him because it was such a bad move for him. Even with the money, fug that mess. He is just getting back to DC level this year after taking that job in 2018. Yikes
  18. No one currently in the building should have any say in that except Evero. Sounds like Tepper is about to do his thing again.
  19. Ok. Smart guy. I have liked how he has handled everything since going back to OC last year. I'm more interested in the rest of his wants. With how much money Tepper has already wasted on duds the money means nothing to me nor is it an alarming amount.
  20. He seems like a good coach and I haven't heard anything about him being apart of the coaching drama going on in that house. Still it is so bad here that a fresh start would be welcomed. Maybe the new crew has some connections to him or could mesh well with what they want to do and how they want to do it. But that seems like a lot and this last crew had too many issues with that very thing, too little meshing and a lot of friction from it. Add in Tepper's management flaws and the tighter the crew the better because this time is an absolute mess. I'm fine with the 3-4...once they are done trying to build the D around Burns. Solid player but not that kind of player. The 49ers 4-3 would be fun but not the BS attempt they tried last year, Burns should have been on the weakside and they just didn't have that stud 4-3 end on the strong side because that isn't Bruns. I have no idea what Evero wants or would do. I do know there are more DCs out there to be had vs the offensive side where they are getting picked up sooner and sooner due to the limited availability of talent. Hell if McDermott becomes available I would love him as a DC, even if for a short time. Maybe Evero gets a shot as a HC this hiring cycle. Just handle it right and if he becomes available down the road don't have a burnt bridge between them is all I am really asking for from that process.
  21. Get too busy elsewhere to be in that building more than 2 days a year.
  22. The tag isn't what it used to be. Either they pay top price, let walk or make some kind of deal like a one year tag but not 2. It's absolutely not 100% in the teams control anymore. It would also be a real bad look for a new GM if it was handled poorly. Hardball after the fackaroo here wouldn't be turning it around. There is a big chance he walks because of past mistakes.
  23. I am prepared for that and another dud HC. Tepper has to prove he is going in another dirextion for me to believe it.
