Rhule is awful but Urban is a masterpiece of a trainwreck. I could see Rhule as #2. His name will live in infamy for years.

For us? I think it's that bad sure. Just not worst NFL coach without the other stuff. He should never have been hired. He lacks meaningful knowledge and his direction is fickle.

1) If there is any mercy in the universe, yes. That is how we ended up here in the 1st damn place, clean the shithouse. 2) Why not, version one has already imploded. At least the next one would be different than the last, which was Hurney level.

I still want the guy from the 49ers that walked away from the human centipede that is the Panthers organization currently. That is a smart guy, not the lackie of a failed NFL coach. The idea that Rhule is the only problem is the same failure that led this staff to believe they were going to do a 5 year plan. It's just not grounded in reality and becomes instant BS.

He is trash and anyone that says it's all just Rhule is blind.

LOL. I wasn't impressed at 3-0 but today was the low that will be good enough to flush this turd. Hire someone who knows something positive about the NFL and let them choose who is hired next. I don't think he is the worst one, no off the field stuff to put him in that category. He is just really bad.

A team needs to be balanced, which is the easy way of saying they need to be good on both sides. 2015 was built on a good D and a good O. If a team can only thrive on one side then it looks like being a playoff stepping stone for other teams is your ceiling that year. I still believe in building around the lines, have an understanding of positional value vs the cap and finding a way to get the most out of the players you have for good or bad. I don't think this crew is very good with any of those things tho.

He is so young and I do think he could develop into a good coach, it just looks like it's going to take some time and a lot more experience. No idea what his ceiling is but he never came close to ot here. It will be interesting to see where he goes and in what position. He doesn't look ready for OC but he could slide under a mentor and be ready in a few years for try 2.

Both are bad coaches, Urban is diahria from drinking Aristocrat Tequila & Taco Bell where Rhule is a soft but giant loaf from eating donuts, broccoli and white wine. Same difference mostly, obviously Urban is going to be a lot more pain and regret and Rhule is just sad but forgettable.

Another year can't fix incompetence and that is what we are looking at.
