Tepper at anger should be interesting to see. I think if he was there Rhule would look like he did in week 17 last season. Tepper looks like a natural bargainer to me but either way it will probibly all get louder from here on out. Looks like the media smells blood and has already brought out the knives.

Even if the next crew is just another mess at least it should be a new mess and after this I hope a shorter mess. This year was never anything more than practice and auditions since Rhule and Co were brought back. So many overhyped moves. Whatever, see who can improve and who we can dump for capital for the new crew.

The pressure is being ramped back up so I expect we will soon hear a lot worse from him. When Rhule and Snow leave to go back to school it will be a great day. I'm not sure Tepper will fire Rhule before the big school openings are closed. He apears that petty and I can only imagine where he is at in the coping process of his epic and public failure at this point.

And I am here for it.

This is the worst panthers team in our history

Finally a competition where this team can actually succeed. It certainly is bottom 3. -

Why aren't we acquiring compensatory picks?

Instead they went win now and pretend they are the Saints with cap....and a losing team. -

Dorsey needs more time. If he can do a good job at OC for a couple of years ok. Feels like a Wilks type hire to me if they went for him this offseason. Im still skeptical of him being a product of the people and team around him at this point. -

Leftwhich I could see being a better HC than OC. I just don't want a retred or a Wilks type who is a coordinator for a year and becomes a 'hot name'. -

True but what is the value of his time as a QB in the league? 2003-2012. It is obviously not coaching but he has been around and at a crutial spot even if he wasn't a HOFer. -
Aaron Wilson: Tepper's patience with Rhule growing thin
Waldo replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
Just do the opposite as hard as you can is a sure sign the decision maker doesn't know what the hell happened and is taking the one path they can see. If no one steps up and can pitch a better path it was alway the logical guess at what Tepper would do after giving a ginormous contract to a guy who has done so little other then sell himself. -

Me too. If Fritterer steps up and convinces Tepper to hire a competent OC to do the job then my opinion of him would go way up. -

Not a big Roseman fan. It's such a mixed bag with him. Always a fan of take what works and ignore the rest if you can. I think we are stuck with Fritterer, who will hire a hasbeen HC who will be on the hotseat by the 2nd half of year 2. Lets talk after that because I do not think Tepper is ready on any level for that conversation. -
It's what they deserve for going 'playoff bound' this early in the season and putting their QB playing way above his averege at risk. Rookie move that looks bad. Still don't see more than a phone call on cost at best and even that feels lile a reach from a coach that stong in offensive competency.

If that is true then it's what I feard even when Rhule is finally fired. He will swing too far and go to someone that peaked elsewhere with another embarrassing contract. Yup, going to be at least another 2 years before Tepper figures out the most basic concepts through failure.- 130 replies

SSDD in Rhule's Pantherland. He will get plenty of playing time when CMC has to be shelved again...Wish we could have seen him and Cam play for a great offensive coach at least 1 damn year each but nope.
