Brought to you by the NFL and Picket's agent.

With how the offenses ran through our Dline in this scheme I think the real abuse will start by the first week of the season.

So this is the guy that would take the job. HAHAHAHA. At least he has been around forever, it's like he is the inverse of his original staff lol.

Jonathan Alexander on Rhule/Fitterer/Morgan, re: roles in roster building
Waldo replied to ellis's topic in Carolina Panthers
They took the job as is like you stated 'after Rhule was hired' with complete control. They took it knowing how this was going to be ran, job interviewing runs both ways. That is on them, all except Morgan so far due to when he was hired, and they have done a very poor job to date. It all falls on Tepper sure but that doesn't take away from how bad the rest have done. It's not panic for me, it's complete disgust. -

So Fritterer and Morgan signed on to be Rhule's yes men? Yeah we need a complete house cleaning. Either they are not as good as some hope or they knew Rhule would crash and burn eventually. Either way I am not impressed. Every bad move Rhule commanded they were willing to do? That sounds like trash. It's time to crank it up to 11 on embarrassing Tepper. -
I hope the victim doesn't take the payoff. I also don't know how the Saints can cut him with more dead cap added to the $72 million already there lol. Fug'em both.

If Pickett is there, we need to trade down with the Steelers
Waldo replied to Chiefzack's topic in Carolina Panthers
I disagree unless you are talking as a backup. If the knee is that bad it is going to be a problem throwing later in the year or earlier. He is going to see more games and more competition at this level. I don't know if you can rely on a guy like that as a starter. It's not going to get better. -

No cartilage in one knee? Faded as the year went some have said, started to throw off other foot more by the end of the year? Sounds kind of like a big deal. -

We just need to pretend he isn't there and doesn't exist. No one but idiot draft experts and the blind like Picket. If someone wants to trade up just entertain the hell out of those offers. -
Just imagine how happy he would be here lol. No one good or sane wants to come here. We pretty much have to draft a guy to get a good one, we would have to massively overpay to just get a filler guy like Jimmy G.
-
Go ahead a take off the injury prone guys like Armstead and Schriff. If they can't stay on the field then they are not the answer, at least not a good one. Take of the RTs, we good. After that is the real list. Pick one because these people wasted so much cap on Darnope and 2 duds last year. Welcome to reality lol.

Rhule: IDK what the hell Rhule will do. I also don't know if any one can or wants to stop him. Tepper is a ghost, Fitts could just let Rhule burn and hope to step in next, what say does McAdoo have and then there is the fact some free agent or trade guys will not be lured here at this time.

Coaching hires and Senior Bowl Risers & Fallers (Video)
Waldo replied to CarolinaLivin's topic in Carolina Panthers
The cheerleader effect lol but also it makes a lot of sense. I thought some of the other QBs did better than that. Picket 'If you play in an outdoor stadium I don't think you can draft this guy...Seriously He couldn't throw the ball' Some great cautionary words on Willis and what to look at next in the draft process. -
Picket looks closer to Pickles than Mac Jones, Jones can actually throw a ball even with an incredibly weak arm. Whatever get these people fired and a house cleaning, Picket could do that he is that bad.

With his personality reputation I kind of would like to see which way that goes if he was ever hired. Cap guru as GM I just don't know how that goes on the personnel side. He has an administrative background so it would be heavily on the rest of the staff I assume. Is this a guy that can hire and keep a good staff to pull that off? IDK, he sounds like live wire.

Worst Kept Secret at the Senior bowl (Panthers Interest in Pickett)
Waldo replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Both work. Giving the new crew an extra 1st isn't a bad thing either, pick your own QB and an Olineman kind of thing. If the deal is good enough then it's hard to pass up. At 6 I have a hard time seeing Willis there if he keeps it up. So far the other QBs make that kind of trade very attractive and probably fantasy. -
I'm happy to not see any Panther greats here right now, it is a mercy for all. I saw plenty while Cam was here, I don't need to see anymore. Be free and have fun Luke.

That guy had 2 stints, 14 years here and is still employed in the league. There is no fugging way any of this makes sense unless you admit it's a broke system. It's 31 teams owned by billionaires that are guaranteed profit toys. No matter what, they win.

Was Burrow stinking it up like Little in the Senior Bowl? Then not like Burrow at all. -

Head scout and trade maker...so not good at all. We need to clean house but Tepper also needs a competent consultant that can hold his hand and help clean up this mess. He will 100% lean on someone else that is taking advantage of his complete lack of knowledge. Hurney, Rhule then maybe Fitt or Suliman? I don't know but the answer is not in house right now. -

Well that would kill any maybe on Fitt. If he is that bad of an evaluator he also needs to go wothout any doubt. How embarrising but not surprising.
