    The fact that you might be able to draft Sam Howell and upgrade at QB without even having to take him top 5 should make him MORE appealing Panthers have 11 mil in cap room right now and the cap goes up next year, they can devote that and the rest of the draft picks to the line. Sam is possibly trash. Stop being obtuse.

    Defense is the best part of the team but they're smaller and built to play with a lead. It all boils down to the offense not being able to sustain drives bc the line can't protect well. If the Panthers could score more the defense would be in its element to rush the passer. Gonna be tough to win like that.

    Also, Wyatt Teller, the huge RG for the Browns, is an UFA this coming off-season A good free agent signing to make up for 60 and 75 this past year would go a long way with Brady Christensen starting at LG and a solid first round Offensive Lineman.

    Too bad they couldn't trade AJ Bouye or Haynes for some IOL help but that's the way the cookie crumbles. Might be a good idea to open up the checkbook for someone like Ryan Jensen from Tampa or Connor Williams from Dallas in the off-season. Williams is versatile, plays on a good line, and has improved every year. Jensen is an upgrade at C and would hurt the Bucs if we signed him.

    He might play again but he can't change direction anymore or covet anyone. I'm glad he got his money, that injury in college robbed him of his athleticism. Some folks wanted to sign him a few weeks ago bc they equated making tackles 20 yards downfield and jumping on piles to being good but he lost his mojo.
