  1. Wouldn't Corral have to be on their active roster?
  2. I've been waiting for an article likes this. Reminds me of this one: New Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes has seven INTs in six practices
  3. I don't think Gilmore should really count as an off-season loss. He only played two full games. The rest of the time he played 24-63% of snaps. Horn just needs to be better than the average of Gilmore+whoever replaced the rest of his snaps (mostly Keith Taylor) for it to be a net positive.
  4. Your eyes aren't playing tricks, they have a new camera they started using last year. It's a Sony camera usually used for cinema (rather than live events) and has a lens setup for a narrow depth of field (where only the subject is in focus and everything else is blurred). The cameras are difficult to use in live situations which is why you often see the focus shifting when they switch to it. It is a cool game-like effect though. If you want to know more do a search for "NFL Megalodon." That's the name of the camera.
  5. Looks like 29 third down attempts on 24 total drives. League average is 21.6 drives and just over 25.1 3rd down attempts through 2 games. So i guess we end up in 3rd down situations slightly more often than the average team.
  6. My count after a quick look through the game logs: 12 total 3rd down conversions: vs Jets McCaffrey: 1 Marshall: 1 Moore: 2 vs Saints McCaffrey: 4 Marshall: 1 Moore: 3 (1 for a TD)
  7. It matches up with the unofficial depth chart. If Horn, Jackson, and Bouye are CBS 1-3 then Melvin, STO, and Taylor are 4-6. Pride is listed as 4th string. For TEs I think both Arnold and Thomas are considered 1st string, with Tremble and Thompson and backup.
  8. This was posted by Mike Clay on twitter. It's a randomly generated schedule based on this year's opponents and was made to evaluate strength of schedule. It's not meant to be a prediction of the actual schedule.
  9. About 5.3m to sign our rookies if we don't trade up or down. $9,983,214 Rookie pool (via Overthecap.com) - 7x660,000 (minimum salaries that get bumped from the top 51).
