You’re right but I have educated guesses like Wilks is a run first defensive minded coach with what a Head Coaching record of something around 6-16. If his co-ordinators are the people you want to see and you believe they will flip the script on his coaching career we should probably be hiring them.

Wilks is the opposite of change for this franchise

Bringing in an Offensive minded coach does ensure a change and this franchise needs one. We’ve been doing the same poo over and over to still be sitting here with an empty trophy case.

It’s an opinion board I share my opinion each to their own. I have plenty of positive things to say. My takes are based on common sense like. A 3rd round rookie QB who lost their entire rookie season to injury would have to be a massive outlier to become a franchise guy. We should have trade Burns for the Rams 2nd and 2 firsts because they’re a crumbling side. Also using the money he was gonna command on Free Agents I want us to have the highest pick available so if our front office identifies a franchise QB in this draft we don’t have to mortgage our future gambling on him. That’s about all the hot topics for the last couple of weeks I can think of

If the bloke lights it up the rest of the year we will have to sign him. It will be way to expensive to trade up for a QB, he will probably be the best FA QB if he does plus he’s already much better than Corral

This is why I’d rather a young offensive mind as our HC. Say Wilks hires a good OC the way the league is they get scooped up to be HCs I don’t think the lad has the connections to keep bringing in quality OCs. But if we get the Offensive HC he can install his scheme through whoever OC they desire. I believe DC’s are easier to replace just get an old hard nosed ex HC to run the D
