The LA Rams are 3-7…. We had their second round pick this year

But I got told they just won a SB so their picks are gonna be 28-32 range. And that was about a week ago -
Remember mate were just poo kickers teams tell the truth with draft capital. First I want to hire the best offensive coach we can get and let him choose. I’ll get behind who ever they choose if they use premium capital because they will believe that they’ve got a franchise guy. Sure I’ve got my favourites but I’m just a bloke who drives buggies in swamps killing mozzies

But if they rate him as a potential franchise QB just gotta pull the trigger

Former NFL executive picks his top QB...

He’s Pickett with a much better arm so where ever that talent level puts him -
Going off history and his inconsistency’s he could be had around the Lamar/Hurts draft range and we good get a blue chipper with our first or trade back
-
Richardson is big, fast and strong if he shows that he can retain info and is a good human can’t see he can’t be our QB, he’s more physically gifted than Hurts. One thing I would like to know is how does he look after he gets popped does he get rattled?

I believe he was drafted as a project to sit behind Baker for a couple years to see if he develops. But with Rhule gone and Baker shitting the bed. The new coaching staff will want their guy -

It’s all hear say until teams put their money where their mouth is and use that draft capital on them. Willis, Howell and Corral were studs too leading up to the draft until teams showed us what they really thought -
If we hit on a coach I’d like them to stay for the long haul. I’d love an older ex HC as DC if we go the young up and coming OC for our next Head Coach
-
Campen is the only coach I want to stick around. Maybe his assistant but that’s a spot I’d like the Panthers to bring in any old Carolina ex Olineman that wants to coach for team culture

The difficulty I’m talking about is it was more difficult to field talent around them to help them succeed -

Of course it was harder contracts were 3 times the size with a lower overall salary cap -

Bradford was rookie of the year before injuries took their toll. Plus before the rookie pay limits got introduced it was a lot harder to stack a good side around a rookie QB -
Just proves that coaching matters an nothing will change around here before the right management is in place

Oh your magic formula every team should be using it

Yep we need to nail the HC decision first or we could ruin whoever we draft. -
Those picks from the Rams looking better and better.

We could draft the next Josh Allen but it won’t matter unless we nail our next HC
