  1. because they aren't. Moore is our only threat deep and teams know it. Shenault can move the ball but he needs the ball in space to get moving. TMJ is a disappointment. Teams know the routes we're running. Brady was awful in a lot of ways but his play design had moments of brilliance (and a lot of terrible calls, lol). Nothing like that from McAdoo.
  2. Was Bozeman trying to snap because he saw someone come across?
  3. not gonna happen man, Wilks playing for his coaching future and this is the best he can do
  4. LOL I swear half our team is trying to lose and half are playing their hearts out
  5. new coach, new QB of the future is what I want. I don't care who our backup is, whomever can be competent and not cost us a ton of money to play for half a season or less.
  6. he's not seeing ghosts he's seeing people chasing him around the backfield lol
  7. Sometimes all it takes is a player's passion (Luvu here) to turn things around. uh they don't play the same position
  8. yes, our shitty backup is shitty. meanwhile, our defense we've spent a ton of resources on is making Andy fuging Dalton look like a superstar
  9. If we're going to a base 3 front why would we trade Burns? He'd be significantly more successful outside a 4-3...
  10. It happens. The only thing I'm looking forward to in this game is seeing if we can get Moore his 1k yards, and if Darnold can keep executing. Not the best of starts, but oh well.
  11. Moore slowed down expecting the usual underthrow- turns out it was on target. That's a TD if Moore keeps going
  12. I would have liked them to interview him but it does sound like there's something weird about his demands. Maybe it is just full control
  13. Kipers first couple mocks seem based on agents giving him cash to promote their player
  14. Sometimes fans disagree on the meaning of game manager. For some people it means someone who doesn't have the ability to take over a whole game and dominate it entirely, regardless of their play style, such that they're the contrast to a franchise player that you expect to do those things. For others it means someone that plays a limited style of offense where the primary goal is to avoid turnovers no matter what, limiting deep throws etc., Basically not a gunslinger. Times in his career Jake did just manage games. Other times, though, he was a gunslinger tossing the ball up and down the field. So, eh, I dunno. I'd never call him a game manager on the whole personally but the term is just used different by different folks.
