  1. Thielen is frequently getting the majority of the attention from DBs. And he's still performing
  2. Don't try to tell me Thielen isn't shredding teams this year, hahahaha fug yeah Bryce, 2 good throws back to back
  3. The D can't get off the field, sure, but our O can't stay ON the field. The D forced 2 FGs but our O couldn't respond on either drive. Both sides of the ball are loaded with injuries/whatever so we can "see" what our young players have...
  4. Not sure I feel like watching the 2nd half when I can for the first time since Bryce came back... This is just awful
  5. That wasn't a jump ball, dude. It was behind Legette... It was underthrown because Bryce was trying to escape pressure and tbh has a bit of a wet noodle for an arm when he can't set his feet
  6. XL was expecting the ball in front of him, not behind him. I don't blame him but he and Bryce are just not on the same page and he can't catch poo anyway so stop fuging throwing to him on these deep routes
  7. Canales' play calling is seriously concerning. Hopefully it's better next year, but he doesn't seem to respect when he needs to slow games down
  8. We don't have the players for man, either - I don't know that he's a great d coordinator, but can't really judge from this shitshow of injuries.
  9. I'm not convinced BY can win us games consistently against good competition... But he's gotten to a point where he isn't usually the reason we lose, and had a nice stretch of keeping us competitive. So... Let's keep building the team (especially defense), not reach for a QB but if we get someone in the later rounds the coaches like, keep adding to the QB room and have a bit of competition in camp.
  10. He had a chance to break the single season rushing record for a Canadian... Hopefully he isn't seriously injured...
  11. He was not very good vs the Cowboys in that same time frame - maybe better than Stroud vs the Ravens but overall he was very bad.
  12. I feel like the Cowboys game is a more appropriate comparison given they're more similar shellackings at a similar point in the season. In both cases a strong pass rush threw off a young QBs ability to read the field well. Imo, Young still outperformed Stroud - in that game in specific.
  13. I know it's a meaningless game on a season he's been pretty healthy but I really do not love any injury related to Horn. Just concerns me.
  14. Agreed. Stroud will be fine. He'll adjust. But their FO NEEDS to prioritize OL this offseason imo. Been a really terrible year for Houston, injury wise... I think Houston's weapons will be fine (well maybe not Dell from reports ). Just such a rough year for them. We'll see how next year goes for him. Hopefully our OL continues its high level play, as it's really helped Bryce adjust to the NFL. I still believe a good OL is a young QBs best weapon.
  15. Oh I'm not saying our OL was better or that our QBs weren't under constant pressure. I watched almost all our games and I watched several Texans games... Their OL was very bad too. The numbers reflect that. I think that Stroud's decline this year is a reflection of the type of pressures he's taking, the lack of consistency in who he is playing with weapons wise, and a sophomore slump.
  16. It's not a false narrative. One poster posted career stats to clearly argue the gap isn't close; you posted their since week 8, then quoted yourself to sum the TDs and just said "context matters." If what you meant by that was "Stroud is obviously still ahead but Bryce is playing better", I'd agree with you, but you could see why "12v10" or whatever it was may not convey that, no?
