Congrats dude. That is awesome. sidenote - Your Delhomme vid always got me

Well, I'm just talking about what is going to happen. What I think is fair and the NFL policy should be may be different....but my opinion on that is the NFL has always been soft on players unless it makes headlines. So they added the vague conduct detrimental junk to appease people when the press gets bad
-
Yep. Only other info NFL has to consider is that the girl was paid off to prevent the jury trial. While not an admission of guilt it does Hardy no favors in regards to the NFL looking at him.....nor does the way he carried himself during the first court appearance. Hardy from the public's perspective is lumped into this 2014 clump of poor behavior of players....and you can argue he was, even if innocent, by the company he elected to keep.... It isn't about what people think is fair. Hardy is getting punished bc NFL has wording to in it's policy to discupline and make examples of players in scenarios like this.

I don't know if he is innocent or guilty....wasn't there. I know he was found guilty. He appealed. Then he paid her off and never had a round 2. I wouldn't put my hard on money on claiming he was mostly likely innocent. NC quirky law has nothing to do with how I would view wager on someone in a given scenario
-
What I am saying is mentioning the odd NC law doesn't really mean that much..... Bc if you have 2 players with identical scenarios and cases and one state my throw it out and one may keep the verdict. NFL when looking at it likely will treat both roughly the same if that one oddity is the only difference. Hardy is going to get a little punishment. No one should cry about it
-
Doesn't matter how the law works in NC.....not in this discussion. That only matters when talking about Greg's legal situation. We aren't talking about that.... What would happen in another state? Would it matter? Sure it would. Just b/c NC has a quirky law doesn't mean it doesn't matter for Hardy but would have someone in Calif that doesn't have that quirk law....NFL would look at both the same. B/c the only difference is the quirk....and that really doesn't matter.

I paid attention. I stick with my guess if I was forced to bet MY money on what happened.....and was told I would then have a video feed of went down after I guess? I'm guessing both them did stuff that would have gotten both arrested that night. and saying something stupid was basically a HUGE part of his charge.

DWill is gone. Personally I'm done with all 34 threads unless we are ranking our all time RBs or ranking the top 5 worst contracts in our history -

Drafted and retire as a player shouldn't be something we want outside of 1 day deals where someone comes back. Unless a player walks away from the game early....everyone should be cut. -

Williams and his people were so busy trying to make him being cut focused on something other than him being old, expensive and not very good......that they done messed up. -
