Back when Matt Rhule wasn’t deemed a lameduck/hotseat/bad coach….Rhule didn’t even think McAdoo was good enough to be his QB coach. reality is, when Rhule went OC searching, no one good would want to come for what looked like a one year gig for a bad coach/team. we hired a bad OC because we couldn’t get a good one.

We are struggling to move the ball though. We are 30th in O right now. And our yards per game at this rate would have finished 32nd last year. Even worse than the Sam season. got the freaking Jags averaging 100 more yards a game than us. we have a coaching problem in Carolina

Patterson was a freak though. 4 time all pro and all decade team and that was before Atlanta figured out how to use him.

I mean, let’s say I don’t want to argue OBJ vs Cooper. Now you are saying the #2 they have in Clev is better Landry. And that dude was there when OBJ and Landry were there. They had better talent in Clev at WR then vs now. I’m talking talent. If you want to only talk just production then where are you ranking the Panthers currently. Our #1 has 88 yards through 3 games.

Trevor didn’t have guys that could run routes and get open last year. Shenault can’t do that. and they already got a RB/WR behind James Robinson they are developing in Etienne. it made sense the Jags didn’t want him. Shenault did great Sunday on a screen that the Saints frankly probably weren’t ready for. But I think it is unrealistic to think he will be to us what Patterson turned it for Atlanta. Patterson was more freakish to begin with

I mean we are a bad team. And coaching is a big part of why. They are part of the team. I don’t see how anyone can watch us and day we are a good team.

Newsflash. If we are 1-5? We aren’t going to win by then inserting Sam Darnold. An even worse QB than Baker.

we are the definition of a bad team. If we aren’t a bad team, bad teams don’t exist. We haven’t won more than 5 games in years. We currently have the 30th ranked O in an offensive/pass era league. And we are now in year 3 of this “plan”. And we only have beaten teams that have been in rebuild/tear down mode, debuting a rookie, injured or starting a backup since 2019. there is really no metric to go to that would suggest we aren’t a bad team

Top 1/3 teams don’t beat the Flacco Jets by 1 and the Panthers by FG at the end.

I mean let’s be real, if Sam starts without injury being the cause….Rhule has got to be gone. Rhule gone. McAdoo gone. Snow gone. Sam gone. Baker gone. I mean in what world could Rhule go to Sam and it not be the end of the Rhule era. They all will be gone at the end of the season.

Same thing that got him run out of the league as a playcaller.

49ers are well coached. That isn’t a game the Rhule staff is well suited for. only coin flip games left are AZ, Atl, Sea and NO. Everyone else will be rightfully favored to beat us. And I suspect we will be favored to lose most of our coin flip games

Shenault can’t get open and run actual routes though. He is more football player than WR. DJ is twice the WR Shenault actually is.

3 games into the season Shenault has 2 targets Shenualt is T-1st in TD receptions and 2nd in receiving yards The book could have many names. Best title for the story is, Matt Rhule and Ben McAdoo suck.

We didn’t either. we were down 3, had the ball, with 3 and half minutes and all 3 timeouts. We couldn’t score. Then we couldn’t stop the Giants. And we basically had 4 timeouts when the Giants got the ball back. and the Giants and Browns weren’t good teams

Ron never never really changed. Just like Fox never changed. IMO. Yeah, they could try to go against their DNA and you could point o forced moments but in the end they were always what they were. Rhule has a poo ton of success in reality being Rhule. Nothing IMO says he is changing. And he will go back to college with the brand repackaged for the 4th time.

Robbie’s extension has been horrific to date. I can’t thing of 5 that have been worse. I can name a couple but I can’t think of 5.

Rhule is Rhule at the end of the day. Most coaches are what they are largely. and micromanaging coaches largely can’t help themselves. So again. It’s a hard sell a hot seat micromanager HC is going to let dudes he has no real relationship with do whatever they want.

Campen has not held a gig for more than year over the last half decade. he is like McAdoo in some ways. Specifically, it is a hard sell that a hot seat micromanager HC is going to let coaches he doesn’t really know….do whatever they want. I’m sure Rhule’s thumbprint continues to be all over every aspect of this team. Which has been the reporting on Rhule.
