I don't know. the market already knows the fed is going to do a couple rate increases this year. the market has proven too often that you simply can't predict what it will do. listen to bears and you miss the bull runs. Listen to the bulls and you take the bear market on the chin. only way to predict the market is to predict the same thing on repeat and in the same direction. Then when it finally happens pretend all the times you were wrong don't matter.

I actually think Peppers is going to be the first. Peppers gets eligible in 2024 and I think he is going in first ballot. I think 89 is going to take a while. Too many WRs in the same general range. None of the WRs from group of guys got in this year. Some had already been up for consideration before 89. So I think WRs are slowly going get in just because there are going to be so many with comparable resumes. 89 gets in. But I think there are going to let some of those guys with rings in before him. Peppers won't have the positional competition that 89 has.

Lovie is a fine coach. But I think Flores remains the best candidate of this cycle. And maybe you can't hire him with the lawsuit but he should of been snatched up before it got there.

it's early. It could be legit self defense. Someone got their tail kicked. Called the cops and said Kamara did it. So they went and arrested him. That's all we know. It's Vegas. So I am sure their will be video that comes out and clears it up.

it much easier to do worse than Ron/Lovie/Fox than it is to do better. That's the catch. Ron/Lovie/Fox type likely can get you to a Super Bowl at some point. Or close. Maybe you win it, maybe you don't. But it's up and down. Then teams see a Tomlin, Bill, etc....and want that. But those are rare birds. Very few teams will hit on that. End up with Matt Rhule types often that are much worse than a Lovie.

the HC is hiring someone to basically give his staff training. Lot of coaches are older and probably aren't all up to speed on all the latest tech. I mean, it's teaching to a large degree. Probably a good idea to give your coaching staff (teachers) some continuing education to keep with tech and new generations. or I guess he could just go down to kinkos and make a DBO sign

Lovie is basically John Fox or Ron Rivera. There aren’t 32 better options than those guys. They just have ceilings as HC. You hire them knowing they will never grow into the best HC in the NFL. You might win 7 or you might win 12 any given year. It’s going to be a back and forth

I don think he is scared But I think he knows he doesn’t have sufficient answers to the questions he knows he would be asked. So the smart play for him is to just disappear until the heat dies down….as eventually we will accept reality and have false hope about draft picks and moves they make.
