Carolina is horrible and that should not be a surprise. It was plain as day before kickoff 1. Bryce Young isn’t a NFL QB 2. Bryce doesn’t fit a Canales O. Combining a bad QB and putting him in a O he doesn’t fit is the textbook recipe to stink 3. Canales shouldn’t be calling plays. He needs to learn to be a HC. He was a 1 year meh OC, this ain’t an Andy Reid scenario where a HC can take on that load. He isn’t even good at that. 4. We don’t have a real OC. A repeated pattern under Tepper. None of his 3 new coaching eras have featured a real OC in year 1. 5. We didn’t play and rep this O in the preseason. I series vs backups was always nonsense. It’s a brand new O with parts that don’t fit. It needed more work than any O in the NFL 6. All our pass rush left it can always get worse. That’s certainly what this season looks to prove

Guaranteed if we started the Red Rifle week 2 just like last year the O is more functional. And Dalton is trash.

At least Matt Rhule let his OC call his O. O hasn’t looked as good as Joe Brady had it going and Joe Brady didn’t know what he was doing

I don’t know. Develop him as a slot WR like Armanti Edwards on the practice squad. He ain’t a NFL starting QB. Get him off the field

It’s not too late to judge the bad setup of a new HC doesn’t need to be calling our plays. And he wasn’t even experienced or good at that to begin with. Let him be a HC and learn that

No leadership either. QB Sanders post game basically throwing his team under the bus. And talking about how the 5 runs through 3 quarters is too much given he is the best part of the team. Maybe your coach shouldn’t only run while in 4 wide. That’s not how you run the ball.

Get rid of Bryce Hire a legit NFL OC to actually run our O. Start with the painfully obvious. We got a cheerleader HC calling our plays….that was a meh 1 year OC. It’s like we try to be bad by design. All our errors are obvious going in

Bad marriages. I’ll keep repeating it. When you put things together that don’t fit….this what you get. No one could watch Reich or Canales and think Bryce fits what they do.

And to think once again, their were folks defending a young bad QB not playing in preseason. 1 series vs backups isn’t how you get a bad player ready in a new O

yep, he was always pimped as a Dabo-lite. Some stuff just works with kids and has no chance with highly paid adults (with families).

Rhule’s biggest issue was QB play last year. The GT kid couldn’t throw. He looks to of solved that. Rhule’s generally had respectable D everywhere

1.25 million at least it was well spent for Clemson. Not only are they smashing them but App St actually looks good on the resume.

Passing every down isn’t going to help an outmatched OL though. You let a better DL pin their ears back and go hunting essentially and every down.

Maybe they shouldn’t pass every down and actually try to have a balanced O. Life is easy on a defense that gets to pin their ears back every down and pass rush. Scheme and playcalling does few any favors at Colorado outside of it being designed to pad pass stats

D has basically been the D in Clemson. front 7 talent has consistently been the strength over the backend. Yeah, dudes get drafted. Playing on a top tier D is going to get everyone drafted. I’ve just never heard anyone praise the Clemson DBs. best NFL guy of late was the kid that went to Atl a couple years ago. AJ. Better NFL DB than college DB. All the good DBs of late IMO were part of the weak link that lost t big games (LSU and Ohio St games).

When Clemson was actually good during their run….it was always DB play that was the consistent hole. That was the key to beating Clemson. Hold up against the D front and you could beat them downfield
