Fun fact, NFL teams are not fully honest and transparent about what goes on in their organization. Especially coaches. If you want to claim that….that, is a conspiracy theory. Young hasn’t said diddly to anyone. No one is accusing him of lying lol. You keep making these declarations that aren’t happening. what we have seen with Young….is NOT what you see with someone trying to get back on the field quickly after suffering from an ankle injury. Simple as that. What you are seeing is a rookie shadowing a vet. The reason? It’s not just the mystery ankle that no one can actually talk about. We can only guess.

Nah. We know the details of BC. This is nothing like BC. Frank won’t say that play. You say that play. You can name almost any player and I can go find a play where he is landed on oddly. And people went searching for something, anything…so you say that play. Frank didn’t say Bryce got an X- ray. So I certainly don’t expect an X-ray shown to me. The answer is in front of me. Bryce got a soft benching. And it’s easier to pretend a tweaked ankle is keeping him out. They have him shadowing Dalton. Why? Could be multiple things. A shell shocked QB or a coach that knows he had him set up to fail. Both are reasonable.

Panthers lose another Defensive Starter (Xavier Woods)

Justin Jefferson -337 receiving yards Sunday -
Yeah, Frank hasn’t been clear. when did he hurt it? what type of ankle injury? is it trending better or improving? Bryce got benched. That’s the logical assumption. Why? We can only guess. What we know Bryce is doing? Shadowing Dalton coast to coast. and Frank said Bryce playing again isn’t just about doctors. It’s a trifold decision. He went into depth about that right when he, Brown and Dalton were all being weird about what is going on.
-
I mean, every player that has ever played here of note is an example. I just named the 2 biggest superstars and most important people. Frank is careful with his words in the very limited talk on Bryce. They all talk about it super weird. That’s just a reality. Frank, Brown, Dalton, etc.
-
Cam Newton was cleared with a broken back. 89 cleared with broken ribs. Frank doesn’t talk about Bryce’s ankle because no one is waiting on a doctor to say it’s ok. You are waiting on Frank and Bryce.
-
Depends who your opponent is. That's game planning 101. There most definitely should be plays at some point where a team sucks at defending the TE and you have plays where your TE is read 1 to take advantage of that with a play call.

Ian Thomas has the exact same base salary as Hurst and is a bigger cap hit than Hurst. Ian has the 9th biggest cap hit this year. NEXT year, Hurst jumps up to a 10 million dollar cap hit LMAO.

Yes. He hurt his ankle. Same ankle that has him walking perfectly fine, every single day, all over the place and country ….to shadow Andy Dalton. what the status of the ankle? Frank can’t tell you about the injury itself. Never has. Any aspect. Or if it is any better today than the day he hurt it. Trending in a direction to at least practice soon? Why would he know about that. But let’s ignore all that, because that’s all totally normal Conspiracy theory at this point. Is saying his ankle is why he isn’t out there doing the job he previously was.

lots of teams do it. Carrying over from college I guess. Odd they doing it with Baker though.

These gigantic holes in the Eagles game? Yeah. That’s why Miles had one really good rushing year. You could have driven a bus through that hole Swift just hit for a big gain.

We we aren’t tanking. We are sucking. we have no first round pick to tank for. You don’t tank for good position in round 2.

Average time to throw (Spoiler alert: Bryce is 2nd to last)
CRA replied to LinvilleGorge's topic in Carolina Panthers
Well, I support Bryce sitting right now. I still think this is a horrible spot around a young QB. They need to get it better before Bryce plays. reality is, you give up the type pressure we did Sunday. With no run game. In this offense? Andy Dalton is going to have some horrible days in the near future with more of that. Just a matter of time. Just going to take a different opponent. -

Dalton is a fine mentor backup. That’s what we need. There is no point in him playing outside of giving Bryce time though. That’s all. I can’t keep everyone straight. There is a building narrative that some people just want to see us win pointless games with Dalton. I don’t care about wins. Especially pointless ones with Dalton. They need to find away to get things settled to get Bryce back on the field. -
Frank seemed ready to rule him out today’s presser.
-
maybe if they wanted Bryce to trend toward pracitcing.....you don't have him take a cross country trip to hoof it all over the country. Or hoof it all over Charlotte every day since his injury was announced. That's just me. A dude with bad feet.

Andy Dalton has been called to start in each of the last 7 years. He hasn't finished with a winning record in any of them. Bryce Young completed 66% of his passes vs a very tough Saints defense. Stats always tell an incomplete story. It's 2023. If your QB is averaging 200 passing yards per game. The team is managing that QB not to lose games. And Dalton had a losing record last year. That's not a boast. all Andy Dalton offers is time for them to work on fixing this bad offense before we put Bryce back out there. Nothing more. Hyping Dalton up right now is frankly no different than hyping Miles Sanders up before the season started. Recent times have proven what these players are. -

just think back to Andy's last start before Seattle. He is getting a pretty big bump IMO it terms of how he is being viewed at this stage in his career. probably can go bump that gameday thread for a completely different take. And he is pretty much the same dude. -
Frank on any question about Bryce. No clue. No idea. I don't know anything. I said ankle though. And that's it. Just ankle. Is it better? No idea. Trending in the right direction to practice this week? I'm not the guy for that type stuff.

REPORT: Bryce Young scored 98 out of 99 on his S2 cognitive test
CRA replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
almost no human is equipped to deal with what a #1 draft pick NFL QB is given. You always want them to go to strong organization that sets them up for success for that very reason. I have zero issues with Bryce Young. I have had a lot with the Panthers and I started voicing them right before the season started. They have done a bad job. And it frankly isn't a surprise. This is not the surroundings that are ideal for a QB of his style. It's basically what you wouldn't want to do. That's not on Bryce. That's on Carolina. and I am not one of the posters that will pretend the situation is okay because Andy Dalton wasn't a flaming bag of dog poo vs a bad defense. Bryce Young isn't the issue. Carolina built a garbage offense with bad playcalling around him pending he was the QB (and a rookie version). That's the real takeaway. That's the point. That's the problem. -

Just sharing some parts of the CBS special OP was referencing. *also, remember football is just a stupid game. It's silly entertainment at the end of the day. People are people. This was a positive that Alabama/CBS were covering and normalizing in present day society/sports.
