  1. lol, you intentionally don’t seem to be able to acknowledge why Brady was ever discussed between you and I. People like you were scapegoating THE primary problem. Joe Brady wasn’t it. That was always the core of that convo. Firing Brady wouldn’t solve anything. And it didn’t. Proven fact. We actually got worse. I can see it now. You probably watching Nebraska games rooting for Matt Rhule to show us!! Come on Rhule! But it’s always the same. Matt Rhule teams have bad offenses. Because of Matt Rhule. But I’m done talking about your champion Matt Rhule.
  2. I’m at the point where I think the best we can hope for is unpredictable playcalling and smart play within that. reality is, our team is flat out limited in terms of skill talent around the QB. So there is a ceiling of what can realistically hope to see out of this team. scariest part is this front office and staff viewed this roster as good enough coming in and was a QB away. The more time that goes by and the more you watch people break us down….the more it highlights how well Bryce is surviving in a horrible situation. everything for me comes back to needing Fitt out of here. And that highlighting another mistake. We should have fired Fitt with Rhule. Because when we do fire him we get a GM stuck with a retread HC that he probably wouldn’t have wanted.
  3. lot of orgs set narratives publicly that aren't actually the reality of things inside. For a host of reasons. Heck, most isn't fair. Everyone does variations of it. Brown also said during the early PR campaign on Brown when he was hired and wasn't allowed to actually be the full OC that "his" offense would be a blend of what the Rams did and what Frank in Indy did. The one he was going to build from the ground up in a handful of short weeks. And that blend, just happens to be a legit clone of Frank's O. The O Frank and not Brown would be calling.
  4. I mean if Thielen is our #1 option and he treating/viewing him as such.....Thielen isn't a good primary WR by NFL standards.
  5. my guess is he is a QB and has a lot of QB friends....Thielen isn't very popular. As in runs his mouth too much for QBs liking. Aren't there tons of clips of him going off on Cousins in Minny? OR Thielen is just the prettiest ugly chick here. Who we force feed. And we are sort of blinded by the fact he really isn't that good. But he logs our receiving yards between the 20s and is all we have doing it.
  6. I mean, if you look at Luvu's stretch of starts since arriving. It's not Luke. But it's probably better than Beason. Obviously, it's not fair sample size to really make that head to head but Luvu has been dang good.
  7. are they underperforming? or is it more that we just lack talent that matches what we want to do. we were a run centric team last year when they were praised. now we are pass centric. I'd love to see the actual break down of blitz % these dudes are seeing as they sit back in shotgun virtually every snap. Part of the reason they were better last year is their job was just different.
  8. I lost an avatar. But was proven correct about what the bet was about. That Joe Brady wasn't the primary issue. Matt Rhule was. I mean, the Joe Brady window was still the best offensive window the Matt Rhule era ever saw. He was your boogeyman. Matt Rhule and you needed him to be in order for the Matt Rhule charade to keep going. Thankfully Matt Rhule proved me right beyond a shadow of a doubt (well, one doubt it appears is still being clung to lol).
  9. I mean, I called that too. Just a refresher.....you, like Matt Rhule attempted to do, attempted to scapegoat that utter dumpster fire on Joe Brady lol. I told you Joe Brady wasn't the real problem. He was what he was. The real problem the Matt Rhule. Painful to see someone still in a Matt Rhule defender mindset. Which apparently still got you scrambled up lol.
  10. again, you operate under the premise that everything NFL teams and coaches say is true. Well, pending it agrees with your narrative. I don't. NFL teams and coaches have proven to peddle bullshit essentially all the time. They aren't in the business of speaking the truth to the public. They are largely in the business of telling folks what they want you to hear. and then when NFL teams prove to pump out bullshit year round....you then refuse to acknowledge that fact the next time you are lecturing off of what the present Panther PR happens to be. So yeah, if it looks like a duck (SD) and acts like a duck (Indy) then it probably is a duck (Carolina). It's Frank Reich's base offense. Which is why he was set on being in control. That's my stance and it's certainly rooted in sound logic.
  11. That fine. Listen to whoever you want. All I know is, I essentially spoke on and called everything that has been happening this season before the season kicked off. And people didn't like that. That's not true CRA, Fitt said X. Frank said Y!!!! I did the same last year too. That season played out exactly how I said. My batting average is pretty freaking strong of late in terms of this team. Does that make me smart? No. I just don't listen to a NFL team blowing bullshit anymore. And bad franchises spew way more bullshit than good ones. And that bullshit they spew is often the basis of a lot of your lecturing.
  12. Here is what I can do for you....I can find your team saying X and X not ending up being the truth on many occasions. And I can do that for essentially every single NFL team. Again, you some how have opted to selectively remove from this equation what NFL teams have proven to be year after year after year after year after year. I know what Frank's O is. It's what we installed here. My proof of that is in Indy and SD. There also is just flat out common sense being applied there too. And not letting some fluff article from a team that is set on painting an image/idea....trump everything we actually know. I have no idea how much Brown has been involved and the room he has had in tweaking Frank's O. How much power he had then....and how much power he has now that Frank suddenly deemed his offense clicking and in a big enough groove and successful enough to hand over....meanwhile it was 0-6 and one of the worst offenses in the NFL (and clearly NOT what Frank claimed it was when he on his own accord, according to him, decided to hand it over to Brown)
  13. You literally are claiming because of a Panthers PR article.....that Frank didn't come in here and install his base offense. That's batshit lol. NFL teams, coaches, front office engages in bologna and "lies". That's just a proven fact. You don't have to look any farther than BOA. Our history. For that to be undisputed reality. Where they have steadily pumped out bullshit that is just that. They love X who is totally part of the plan. Until he is traded/cut the next day. Can't wait to work with Cam!! We aren't trading CMC. We are a win now program. Miles Sanders is a featured every down RB. The offense is totally working you just can't see it. I had to wait until the offense was clicking and in a groove before I could hand it over and that time is now...at 0-6 and utter dogwater. That was always the plan!!! The meddling owner didn't make me do it. Here is a link to a Panther PR article as proof. So again, you can believe your eyes....or Panther PR. You once again are choosing Panther PR. Frank walked in here and installed his base O. We see it here. We saw it in Indy. We saw it in SD. And the problems we are seeing here are the same ones we have seen everywhere that emerge in his O. I'll continue to believe my eyes and not treat the NFL/teams as some mythical truth shop that isn't full of liars and bullshitters that are just trying to look good. What went down with the Raiders? I guess we should all just tune into what Davis has the PR shop put out. Because that's going to be the real story. Anyone that doesn't agree with what Davis has his folks put out there is going to be a conspiracy theorist.
  14. again, we saw Frank's O in SD and in Indy. This is it. Frank wasn't out there kicking off the season calling plays for some O Brown invented. They installed Frank's O. And it's what they spend all camp/preseason working on. The core is 100% Frank's O. Brown is just working within and off that. unless your argument is it is just lightning striking twice and a total coincidence that Brown totally invented on his own from the ground up.... something that just happens to be an exact clone of what Frank's poo O is. that literally a Panthers.com article. Panther PR. Focused on making what was a hands tied OC coming into a season that really wasn't allowed to do his job because of stubborn Frank sound good. Don't believe your eyes. Believe what is coming out of BOA PR room.
  15. Adams basically since last year I mean, it wasn't even a secret. Adams 1000% went to the Raiders to play ball with his friend. And then they benched and fired his friend when he got there.
  16. I think there was at one point a path for McD in New England.....but he now has 2 shitshow attempts at HC. You generally never see folks get a 3rd attempt after being horrific 2 places.
  17. yeah, I mean the base that we installed is Frank's. The lip service he gives about he takes input is just that. It's the same poo he ran in Indy and SD. And the same problems. same problems we are seeing here are the same ones that ended up getting him fired in SD and Indy.
  18. Outside of trading guys we frankly don’t even play use like a TMJ or maybe Chinn for meh picks….there wasn’t much we could do. Fitt shouldn’t be allowed to send any picks anywhere anymore The trading Burns window came and went. Front office would just look dumb to deal him for a fraction of what was offered. And that’s where they are. Look foolish trading him. Won’t look good paying him. I still have my nickel on him walking away for nothing a la Peppers in the end. History repeating.
  19. we shouldn’t be running Frank’s system to begin with. We should have hired an OC that installed his own.
  20. Seems selective to excuse him from a bunch of the shitshow mess that has gone down here. I mean he is our GM and now being tagged somehow as just a draft guy. But let’s say it’s all true. All the more reason to part with the guy then. We need a real GM. Who can do more than just poorly handle the draft primarily. Because our drafts under Fitt have sucked and he brings little else to the table then.
  21. What makes you believe the general manager of the Panthers is primarily just a draft guy?
  22. NFL also is a good ole boys club to an extent. Players and coaches. No different than the rest of the world. Lot of dudes find jobs because who they know not what they can do. always got to keep that in perspective when someone start the how dare anyone question the actions of anyone. Miles Sanders had an absurd red flags given the role Carolina claimed he would occupy.
  23. Again, it highlights how bad our front office is which also needs addressing. They should have taken the deal on Burns because it was a stupid good deal that would have been our favor. Now you are wanting the Rams being insane and us being stupid in that moment…..to be some justification for us to continue being stupid. Brian Burns has never had a season where he was the best actual player on our team. NFL is about roster management. Right now we need to rebuild our roster and add a ton of talent and be Bryce Young centric. Burns is worth paying if he resets the top of the Reddick/Chubb player tier. Simple as that. And Reddick and Chubb are better players. He isn’t good enough to take up the cap or the Bosa/Mack tier because he flat out isn’t that type player. That’s just dumb roster management given where we are as a franchise. We have a bad front office. They botched this thing on Burns. I don’t endorse future stupid because they got egg on their face.
  24. We don’t need to hoard cap space. We need to essentially rebuild the roster and add a TON of talent. so again, if Burns would keep pace with the Reddick, Chubb tier then you play him. You don’t overpay him Mack, Bosa money because Burns flat out isn’t good enough for that and we have too many players we need to add. Burns isn’t our best player and has never been our best player in any year. Burns isn’t worth 2 first. Every once in a while a team is just desperate and dumb….and we were too dumb to take advantage of the moment. Reason 848932 that Fitt should be fired
