Frank is definitely playing not to lose and doesn’t appear to really trust or like Bryce much in his present day offense. take it back to week 1. He didn’t even trust Bryce on 4th down. That’s was a red flag. And you can see the difference in the playbook with Dalton vs Seattle and then looking at Bryce’s game. I still wish we had decent reporters that followed up on Frank’s batshit reasoning for inserting Dalton on 4th down. He gave them options over Bryce that he claimed had nothing to do with size. Well…..what exactly were the non size related options Frank Dalton gave you?!

Nobody needs results more than Fitt though. He is essentially a dead man walking right now. That’s makes him incredibly dangerous.

I feel being a cautionary tale would mean it would have to present a new lesson for people…..Bryce doesn’t really do that. Bill Parcells basically said Bryce Young would need to be Jesus if we drafted him. Every basically knows how long of odds a QB of Young’s physical size are. It’s why there is one Brees and a bunch of people who aren’t.

Fitt should not be here next year. All we are doing is making a bad team even more unattractive for potential good hires. Fitt shoudn’t be allowed to trade a single pick. He will be gone soon enough. Dave will find his scapegoat for Dave’s mess. That’s Fitt. No doubt.

Trevor didn’t have Thielen and our weak backfield was even better. And Urban Meyer made Matt Rhule look competent. Trevor was in a worse spot than Bryce. Trevor was also a physically built robot in a lab for the NFL, Bryce isn’t. There are going to be some things that will never be on the table for Bryce because of limitations that don’t apply to Trevor.

Jags had the worst HC in decades. It was a literal reality TV comedy show. So bad that Matt Rhule couldn't get a little talk. And their skill talent around the rookie made the current Panthers look fast. Trevor didn't make some massive jump from year 1 to year 2. The massive jump/change was what was around Trevor. Coaching and skill talent.

the OC....that we hired from a successful scheme and team. This shouldn't be hard. But Frank made it that way. Robbed him of half the preseason and work coming in. Which again, speaks to Frank being bad in so many ways. This O didn't get the reps it needed coming into the season. His new OC didn't get the work he needed. We just have Frank doing Frank things Fitt doing Fitt things and Dave doing Dave things and it is going predictably.

Carolina already has sucker written on their forehead. Really don’t know what to even think about the horrific deals Tepper/Fitt are kicking around. Board is thinking DeVante Adams. They are going to end up dealing a bunch of assets for some #2 and treating him like a #1. That’s their established pattern. From Robbie to Hurst to Sanders.

Panthers are going to do something stupid like trade for Jerry Juedy….the Miles Sanders of WRs and pretend he is something he isn’t. whoever is in charge of our offensive talent acquisitions needs to be fired. And then everyone above them.

Because David Tepper was looking to change the narrative and andid excitement around his joke franchise. Trotting out Dalton to slowly bring in Bryce doesn’t do that. It’s all been a hype machine of nonsense post Rhule. And now they are paying for all that bologna.
