Mac Jones really doesn’t need endorsements from anyone right now. He is going top 15 in this draft without question. If its the right organization he will be better off than anyone the Jets or Jags choose. I am going to keep mentioning too that Tua will be a damn good QB in this league. I am far from moving away from that happening.

Dude QBs are going 1 through 4. Count on it. If we aren’t picking in the top 4 you are looking at Jones, Trask or Mond which IMO isnt really an answer to our QB problem. Maybe Jones can be serviceable but he is probably the worst athlete at QB in the NFL if so.

63 TDs vs 9 int the last two seasons against top comp on a big stage at OSU. Yeah that works especially considering his upside. Add in 15 rushing TDs too.

With all things considered Fields is the #2 QB to me. Would love to get him and watch him develop here.

Monk is definitely worth a decent contract. He has been fuggin amazing lately. He is a serious difference maker who can score in bunches.

Kelce did it at TE and a few guys barely missed 1200 yrds but I guess its a stat nonetheless

Yeah 1 thing I have learned is that any time a QB is compared to Brady that is a bad thing. Unathletic QBs rarely work out and Brady is an exception in a big way.

Worries for me with Fields are his windup delivery and does not read defenses very well at times. He isn't a finished product so upside there. His athleticism is overstated as well. I wonder if he will be pretty average in the NFL with his team wanting more than he can deliver. All the guys after Trevor are a roll of the dice IMO. I am personally warming to Lance but that is mainly due to the athleticism he brings. I have major concerns with the step up in comp he will face.

I think we almost certainly have to move up in this draft to get our QB. Wishful thinking Fields drops in our laps. Still see QBs going 1-4

WFT would almost certainly trade up for QB. They have Kyle Allen and thats all right now.

Fairly steep price but Zeller, Bridges, Graham and next years first probably gets it done. The big loss there is Bridges IMO and not the first as that is probably a non lotto pick. Probably weren’t resigning Zeller and maybe couldn't afford Graham either. Still lots to give up but Vucevic is one of the best bigs in the NBA.
