Personally not giving the OC leeway based on the QB. He should make this work. Not make excuses Especially if he pined for said QB

Haven’t seen much talk about him as OC. He has a lot to prove IMO. I haven’t seen a dynamic offense whatsoever. Need to see some leadership and major improvements in play calling to say this guy is a decent NFL coordinator. Second season will really tell the tale IMO. Looking for more there personally

Without Panthers shades on this team has too many holes and QB is a huge question mark. We are more talented but we won’t push to the playoffs IMO. Next offseason will be huge and 2023 could be our year Year after next we have many players in their prime and hopefully a playmaker at QB
