Y’all going to be very depressed when 2022 rolls around and Matt Rhule is still the HC. As for a search committee, can we get one together with people who know about o-lines??

Firing Brady isn’t going to improve the o-line, it won’t magically turn Rhule and Co into masters at in-game adjusting. Yeh, we can beat the Cons. Sure , we could get extremely lucky and beat the Bucs if they rest guys the last game, we could even beat the Bills and Aints. But the chances of that happening are about as good as me getting laid by a porn star.

Maybe if we play better and get penalized less we can beat Clemson in the championship game next year.

Panthers have been around for over two decades, not once have we had consecutive winning seasons. The original owner was an “NFL” man who refused to put our logo at midfield and demanded we keep aging vets around because he liked them. And oh yeh, he was a bit of a pervert. Now we have Dave Tepper, worth over 14 billion and a former minority partner with the Steelers. In a very short time he has fired multiple employees and replaced some with upgrades, others not so much. He hired Matt Rhule who proceeded to surround himself with people he “felt comfortable” with which means a bunch of college guys. We had a promising first season, but now are getting blown out by cellar dwellers. Dave Tepper wants his stadium full of rabid money spending fans, and as fans we want something to go crazy over. Until that happens he can expect more of what he’s seeing right now.

Sounds to me like someone is way to much into analytics and not enough into actually evaluating talent. A freaking blind person could see Brady is far better at LT than any of our other options.

I’m legit confused about why Rhule hesitates to put BC outside… does he think Brady is too old to play LT?

Aints paying him like he’s a competent starter is funny every time I think about it.

Didn’t read the entire post so I’m not sure if the terrible management of our o-line was mentioned. Rushing on the first day of free agency to sign two guys who have proven nothing is not something a competent FO does.

Snow should stop dropping him into coverage.

Carter plays hard but just isn’t a starting caliber lb. Anderson should be charged with robbery because he’s stealing money from this organization. Chinn needs to be moved back to LBer. Burns is a finesse guy, not a grunt who can mix it up in the run game. Brown I’m not sure about. Maybe he peaked and what you see now is what you’re gonna get going forward. Problem with Snow is teams have figured him out. He’s not adjusting like his friend Matt. Moore is who he is. Can shock you with a great play then drop balls that him in the numbers… definitely not a #1.

Are we talking about Ron or Taylor? Ron is a great guy, he took us to a SB but still couldn’t string together winning seasons and players were quitting on him. Will probably never win a SB. Im going to say that Taylor is better than both Sam and PJ.

I think Rhule gets at least one more year. Tepper will demand staff changes and expect results in year three. If Rhule is smart he will throw away his friends list and hire the right people since his job more than likely depends on it.

Rhule’s fave vet has to be Big Ben. He’s basically toast but Rhule thinks he can work with him.

Just what we need, a 200 lb LB to go with our other LBers who can’t shed blocks. Sad thing is I wouldn’t be shocked if it happened.

Had to push my Philly steak and fries to the side for this one. This team, instead of being built into a contender has been built into a massive pile of WTF. I think the FO might be ok. Rhule has brought all of his college friends, some of his former players and whatever philosophy(still not sure what it is) he has and has made a bad team worse. I honestly don’t see us being competitive for 2-3 more years, could be more if Tepper keeps Rhule around. Ill always be a Panther fan but I’m done watching them, done buying their merchandise until I see a drastic change.

Rhule only goes to places that need to be re-built, Sooners and Irish don’t fit the mold. Stop getting your hopes up, he’s here for at least one more year.

I love the part where they were “concerned” that Cam was getting the dog crap kicked out of him… But refused then and are still refusing to assemble a group that looks even remotely like an NFL line.

I think guys on defense are giving up. Probably tired of constantly being asked to defend short fields and watching an offense who probably wouldn’t score against Georgia.

Give me the name of one qb who could do better than average behind our terrible o-line and working with an OC who should be designing plays in college.

Let’s remember that Rhule had final say on any and all decisions. I think Scott is a competent GM, could be that he’s just doing what Rhule demanded be done. But for all of you wanting a new GM, keep in mind that nobody worth a damn will come to Charlotte while Rhule is around.
