I have like 5 nightmare scenarios going thru my brain, I wish the draft would get here already. I just know Rhule is going to re-define the term stupid.

If I was Tepper I would’ve said the same thing. He’s not going to publicly criticize Sam knowing Sam could end up being the starter game 1.

I don’t believe for a second that Tepper keeps Rhule past this year if we have another five win season. Then again looking at his other questionable moves it’s possible.

If mockers got paid based on the accuracy of their mocks 98% of them would be on welfare.

The only way they won’t be in range next year is if they sign Jimmy or Baker. Starting one of the rookies or Sam+ our brutal schedule spells top 3.

Have never watched a draft. Don’t really care about what other teams are doing.

I’m hoping for the best and preparing for the worst.

I’m fine with any of the top 3 tackles at 6, if they aren’t there trade down if anyone actually wants to move up. Im also ok with not taking one of the qb’s in this class with the exception of Willis and I’m really not 100% sold on him.

He isn’t wrong about this team being wrong for young qb’s. Rhule is desperate to keep his job(or is he?), we have a clueless owner when it comes to football decisions.

People are forgetting that Campen is pretty impressed with Brady, said he could play anywhere on the line. I can see a scenario where they could start him at LT or move Moton over.and give RT to Brady.

Of course he’s getting another shot, nobody else wants him. Unfortunately for Tepper he won’t be getting a very good ROI.

Not understanding how you can compare JB and Matt. Hornets have increased their wins every year under JB, who has nowhere near the authority that Matt has. Under Matt and his final say on all roster decisions the Panthers have won 10 games in two years. Tell me how they can be compared.

I really don’t see why Rhule would want any of the qb’s in this draft unless they’re planning on getting Jimmy or Baker and think they can win him enough games to save his job.

I’m planning for a complete and utter cluster**** Thursday night. I just can’t trust desperate Rhule to do what’s best for the team and not himself.

Chinn would be an all-pro at both LB/ S. The question is where does this team need his talents the most. I’m leaning LB.

So Rhule thought Brady had shorty-short arms, Campen said short arms don’t mean crap but production does and yet Rhule will be deciding on who starts… And people wonder why we question if Tepper is the right guy to own this franchise.

Tepper is the kind of person who thinks he can succeed at anything he attempts to do and nobody is smarter than he is. Would I want him as a personal investor? Yes. He has owned the Panthers for 3 years( I think). He didn’t learn from his Hurney mistake, he tried telling Ron to run a 3-4 defense when we obviously didn’t have the personnel, he hired a college coach and gave him a ridiculous contract and full control over all football decisions.

Did he play at Baylor or Temple or did Rhule recruit him out of high school?

I would honestly love it if Sam balled out. But the question would be do they trust he will continue playing at a high level? We would definitely be picking too late to get a top qb next year.
