You can delete anyone who has an ounce of self-respect. The only HC you will get here is someone who will bow down to King Pepper and Queen Nicole.

But yeh, Bryce is the only problem on this sorry excuse of a team. You could put Tom Brady on this team and we would still suck . Worst part is Tepper and his various band of clowns have been trying to build a competitive team for 7 freaking years and are no closer now than when it all started.

I think a bigger elephant is the owner. If he pushed for Bryce then he’s going to make Canales do anything and everything to make him work. And again with Tepper, we know how he has meddled in the past and I’m not convinced he has been twiddling his thumbs and staying out of the way. Just remember that any and all decisions are ran thru him and his wife and I’m not confident at all that this team will be anything more than horrible while Dave is the owner.

First on the list is come to grips with the fact that this team won’t be competitive for at least 3 more years. Stop getting your hopes up because it’s a new season. as for answers on how to get out of this mess, it all starts with Tepper. He has to let an outside source come in, evaluate the people he has making football decisions and either fire them or keep them. Tepper knows ZIP about football.

Maybe trade Bryce to the Jets so those NYT writers can get an up close and personal view of him.

What happened to the “Dave is a QB whisperer” guy. Does Dave only whisper to QB’s who fit his mold? Dave is coaching and plays are being called to avoid gigantic mistakes, it’s obvious. And if you have to coach like that because you don’t trust your QB then something has to give. Tepper isn’t just going to play with his brass balls while we keep getting blown out.

He’ll go to the Bills and win a SB while the Panthers will be stuck in eternal re-build mode. For all of you demanding Nicky be next, he’s one of Canale’s guys so he ain’t going anywhere.

Canales will probably be another guy who takes Tepper’s money and runs. He’s soft, he coaches soft and he basically lets the players run the team. Probably a great guy but not HC material.

Tepper will never hire someone like Vrabel. He could’ve had Harbaugh who was basically begging to coach in Charlotte and wouldn’t hire him because Harbaugh talks back. As long as Tepper owns this team they will have spineless yes men with no guts.

Canales scripts the first offensive drive then it’s nothing but chaos after that. Also, how freaking long has this team struggled to get plays in to where they only have a few seconds to get the play off? It’s a dumpster fire everywhere you look and it’s hard to say how long it will take to turn this franchise around.

Wilks better than Ron? I don’t think so. We won three straight division titles with Ron and went to a SB. Wilks didnt coach enough games to say whether he would be a good HC.
