If you crack open a history textbook in 2030 the chapter on the COVID-19 outbreak of 2020 will have a picture of Trump and Pence wearing masks and a blurb about how the Republican-controlled Senate passed relief legislation and the Republican President signed it.

The last time I watched cable news by choice was probably five or six years ago. I got exposed to a couple hours of Fox News last year and I don't understand how anyone can watch that poo. It's like the entire presentation is intended to grate on your nerves. All the other networks have copied that format too.

Why is CNN talking so much about the biggest news story on the entire planet right now. Can somebody explain, I don't understand.

It's to waste your time. I mean the guy wrote a long, detailed response to what's basically one question. Now get thousands of people all over the internet doing the same thing over and over again all day every day. The level of effort necessary is completely disproportionate.

How skewed do you think the stats are exactly. Gotta be at least half of those deaths are falsely attributed to COVID, right? 140,000 dead. It doesn't make a damn if 100, 1000, or even 10,000 of those deaths were falsely attributed to COVID because that's still a big fuging number. It's real, it's killing people, and you can't bullshit your way out of it because the numbers are just too big. We're past that point.
