  1. Seriously just fuging chuck it in the general direction of DJ. He was coming open and at worst it's an arm punt. Like I'm not an NFL quarterback obviously but that was just awful.
  2. lolllll well you don't like to see that. Holy poo no pressure at all and a single high safety.
  3. Kind of ot but this is the best time of the year. The weather is *chef's kiss* today and the Panthers are playing. Gotta love it.
  4. They're generally alright in my experience. Not like when the Saints or Cowboys come to town.
  5. Looking at the Fox broadcast that looks like a loooot of purple in the stands
  6. With the extra playoff slot available you can never say never. But yeah if we drop this one we're clearly on the way down until proven otherwise.
  7. Also the kind of person who can swing a multi-thousand dollar investment plus season tickets every year is often going to be the type to go to a Panthers game in a Tar Heels polo, khaki shorts, and a Titleist golf visor. Especially in the lower bowl.
  8. A ton of the PSLs are owned by ticket brokers and others who treat them as an investment. If you're a Vikings fan within a hundred miles of Charlotte and your team is coming around you're probably willing to drop 3x face on a ticket to see them. Plus the usual stuff about Charlotte being a transplant city, etc.
  9. No thread for it yet so I'm posting it here. Jags/Dolphins is the exact type of game the NFL would dump off in London. I bet the pregame speech is just Urban Meyer telling the team which pub he'll be at if they need him.
  10. Looks like picture perfect early fall weather in Charlotte today, so at least one thing should go well
  11. Heathcliff, it's me I'm Cathy I've come home, you're banned again
  12. I agree, give it a rest dude. Or at least be funny or something.
  13. Henning went to Miami after he was fired and was calling all that wild stuff with Ricky Williams and Ronnie Brown too. The conservative stick in the mud stuff we saw on offense was more of a John Fox thing imo.
  14. I'm sure Khan was reading the room on this and is waiting for the other shoe to drop. He might even be relieved that the attention is off his head coach playing proctologist with some woman who is most definitely not his wife in public.
  15. I legitimately turned the game off in the second half because I had an early morning the next day and figured the Colts had it in the bag. Maybe I'm overreacting but after the past two weeks I can't really think of any team in the league that I think we would beat straight up. Like control the entire game beginning to end. I bet the Jets or Texans would love another crack at us. and naturally since we finally have a pair of tackles who aren't clinically dead it would figure that our interior OL is the worst in the league
  16. It's funny how we used to be a team that would seem to kind of sleepwalk through the first few weeks and then pick up steam as the season went on and now we're kind of the opposite. This has a similar feel to other Panther teams that have started out hot and then cratered to me. I mean who would take us over the 1-4 Colts straight up? I wouldn't.
