  1. I see that Cam still isn't old enough to get calls on blows to the head
  2. Miami just leaving the middle of the field wide open. They don't respect this offense at all.
  3. lol right. That's as open as you can get in the NFL, and it wasn't a broken play or something. Dolphins DC was just like "okay we know they're not throwing deep, just stay home guys".
  4. Brady is used to calling plays for blue chip SEC recruits who can score a TD off a bubble screen running backwards
  5. This reminds me of the Vikings in 2014 when we spotted them 14 points on blocked punts.
  6. I wonder if we're ever going to have an actual NFL special teams unit that is competent in all 3 phases. The last time legitimately might have been when fuging John Fox was here.
  7. It'd be funny if they called it a fumble with no clear recovery and just spotted the ball where it was fumbled
  8. I've seen dumber poo happen on a replay review. With the way refereeing is in today's NFL you just never know.
  9. That's a good drive for Miami tbh. They flipped field position on us.
  10. So is this going to be another afternoon where the coaching staff can't figure out which receiver they need to put the best cover corner on until halftime
  11. Cameron Wake busted his lip open with the crown of his helmet in the first quarter, no flag. I always remember that when the Dolphins come to mind.
  12. That head bob false start that singlehandedly put the Cowboys back in the game is one of the shittiest calls I've ever seen
  13. lol I was in college when all the so called "alcopop" started to go off. Four Loko, Tilt, Joose, Sparks, all that. poo tasted like a can of Sterno mixed with fruit flavor but it would put your ass down.
  14. lol they always have the same five dumb talking points Yeah I wonder what those guys who busted their asses for months think about "selfish" Cam. As if we hadn't played with the most fire in years with that dude just being in the same stadium as the rest of the team last week.
  15. That's why they always faltered in the playoffs, or did for as long as they couldn't get past the Patriots. Eventually they'd run up against a more physical team that would bully Harrison and Wayne on the outside, get in Manning's face, and get their offense out of sync. They weren't built to win games like that. I hope Rhule and Brady open up the offense more in the coming weeks. When we got up two possessions on the Cardinals the game was basically over because we could just pin our ears back and try to kill Colt McCoy which Reddick, Burns, and co. excel at. Having an offense that can hold on to the ball for more than three plays without just walking up to the opposing defense and handing them the football helps with that.
  16. It drove us nuts when he was here but that's his game. He plays you in a phone booth and grinds things down to the final possession.
  17. We don't have two bookend DEs who are good-great against the run (CJ/Hardy, Pep/Ruck) with TD and Luke prowling behind them anymore to plug any leaks. We're kind of small on the DL all around compared to the best defenses Fox and Rivera had. Somebody said it in the game thread but we're kind of built like the mid-2000s Colts on the line. Two small-ish fast pass rushers on the edges sacrificing contain on the outside for the ability to get to the QB. Washington punished us off tackle all game because of that. What made those Manning teams of that era so deadly was that you'd blink and be down 14 and then Robert Mathis and Dwight Freeney would be lighting you up. We're uh not quite at that level on offense yet, hence Sunday.
  18. This is a feeling that we've been missing. Even at the darkest points (and there were plenty of them), it always seemed like we had a chance if Cam was under center.
