  1. what self-respecting millennial hipster still listens to coldplay also i will never pass up an opportunity to post this comic
  2. roughly four years ago it was a giant conservative circle jerk where probably 10 or 15 users exactly like you posted facebook maymays and "historically black college?!?!? who are the real racists here?" type threads every day. the pendulum has swung in the other direction for now.
  3. what's funny is that product has been available overseas for years prior to showing up in the US
  4. it was ren and stimpy. i remember because he was just tied to the drive thru speaker with a rope. rocko's modern life had chokey chicken and then later chewy chicken because standards and practices finally got the joke
  5. i was on the edge of my seat wondering which side of this debate spacedicks fell on
  6. make them private, turn off comments, turn off ratings, give them a nonsensical title. they should last a while that way.
  7. he tore them up pretty routinely years ago i actually went through his games and if i remember correctly i think that close to or maybe even more than 50% of his career rushing yardage as a panther came against the falcons
  8. oh man that's one of my all time favorite games. we had to win to get in as the 5th seed but the game turned into a joke before halftime much like our last visit to atlanta. beating up some falcon ass in the georgia dome to punch our ticket to the playoffs is a tradition that i welcome the arrival of after the nightmare that was the vick years.
  9. here come the "realistic fans" running their damage control
  10. they just gave him a $41 million extension last year too also poor pat he was so excited:
  11. He came in to the league with a bang, I'll give him that. Two picks in his first career start.
  12. this thread nicely illustrates the voyage and ultimate fate of internet maymays they start out as something that follows a specific format and context until some point where it all kind of falls apart
  13. yeah have you ever seen wide shots of their stadium on TV? there are more banners than a parade in there
  14. if hill can't beat out bersin in camp and the preseason he's not going to get playing time that's obstacle number one dude. if he can't get past that then it's not going to happen barring injuries or something.
  15. some of you need to free yourselves of this bizarre mentality that some rando is going to come in to OTAs or camp and just be handed a roster spot over another guy who is entrenched at his spot on the depth chart and is liked by the quarterback and has some chemistry with him because he's faster or more "talented" or whatever. maybe if he lights camp and the preseason on fire but that's not really that common for an UDFA/late round prospect and that's being generous. you want to know what happens to guys who come in to the league fast, big, running great routes, and catching everything that gets near them? they get drafted in the first round. everybody that's fighting for a 4th or 5th spot on a wide receiver depth chart has some kind of deficiency. in bersin's case it's because he's not particularly athletic or fast but he can catch, he runs solid routes, and our $100 million franchise quarterback likes throwing to him. i think that gives him a leg up on a guy who's just fast or just talented or just has "upside". take it up with rowboat ron. or if you think it's jer bear's fault then quit lining his pockets by watching the panthers.
  16. you don't remember the moore => gettis connection that won us that game against san francisco in 2010?!? hand over that fan card please.
  17. If cam trusts him and has something of a rapport with him then well...
  18. oh and please for the love of all that is holy don't assume that i think brenton bersin is good or is some kind of neat "underdog story" or any drivel like that despite what i've been posting in this thread.
  19. he had some bad drops according to jeremy's recent updates. voth's daily video a few days ago showed him dropping balls that hit him in the chest. if a guy can't catch then he's toast and his spot on the depth chart will go to someone who can, "upside" be damned.
  20. your argument against having him floating around at 5th wide receiver does absolutely nothing for me. it's more about that than "liking the kid". by the way you can check the cardinals divisional gameday thread to see how much i love brenton bersin. who wants bersin to be a number 3? who thinks he's vaguely threatening to philly brown? whose reps is he stealing? yeah i know everybody is in love with track star stephen hill with his stone hands who apparently hasn't been able to catch a cold in practice so far. if hill with his massive upside can't beat out a guy who looks like he should be playing guitar in a whitesnake cover band then maybe that's his problem. have you considered that?
