Here is my favorite (sarcasm) quote I am hearing gints fans hold onto. Of the last 8 teams in the history of the NFL to start 13-0..... 5 lost game 14. Of those 5 teams that lost, 2 lost to the giants. Clearly this is a trend. But when you have a defense like that you grasp at straws.

ESPN sideline reporter just stated on NFL Insiders (from BOA rainy, tarped field btw) that it will be Velasco getting the start.

Fernando Velasco, who has appeared in two games this season, will start in Kalil's stead if the veteran is unable to play. My favorite college course of all time was Historiography. For a full semester we studied nine different accounts of the War of the Roses. The NFL is so conflicted over this game that the ref's are receiving mixed signals. Do they prop up a failing saint franchise they have touted as elite? Or do the calls go the way of the new media darlings that have relied on other teams choking 4 out of 5 weeks? Looks like a 2nd quarter decision to me.

I don't see the conflict? Of course Panther fans are rooting for a falcon loss. The benefit of that is Panther fans rooting for the aints is the ultimate diss to the aints. falcon trolls are already sticking their heads out of the sand, time to make them flinch before finishing them off in 2 months.
