  1. Lmao yea I remember I'm at years training camp and otas Bryce was hitting deep passes to Chark everyday and completed I think one maybe two deep passes to Chark all dammm season. I'm definitely waiting to see it versus competition other than our defense.
  2. I understand that logic but no way in hell we get minimal from a first round WR. They contribute in a big way these days he was targeted for a reason. I agree DJ should get busy being the clear number one but you don't trade up for the best jump ball catcher Moss type with how he catches passes and expect minimal. Not Jamar Chase but a big year 8 plus TD and over 6-700 yards total rec/rush. Sorry I'm not setting the bar at the minimum just because we've been azz I'm holding us to a normal standard. Edit: Man no way a udfa out performs our first rounder it's possible but shouldn't be the case we need to strategically put him in position to excel with our young creative offensive head coach like Mike McDaniel per say.
  3. Lmfao absolutely nothing at all but the pre draft hype went crazy I was in my barbershop like he might be a mini Mahomes guys we're good. The older guys like you sure I'm like oh yea he's a computer processing the field watch us ball out. Fast forward 12 months we laugh every week I come in like gut busting knee slapping laughs but we'll see this year where my QB is at.
  4. This is a very interesting thought Dak is a very good QB who hits all areas of the field accurately. If he would take a very respectable deal leaving us a little money to add more playmakers I'd be more then happy with a top 15 QB running the show here. It'd be a treat to have a QB who throws deep accurate and hits out routes consistently, our only gripe would be his clutch gene but that's more of a playoff thing and we're just trying to not get a top 5 draft pick next two years lol.
  5. Ayoooo I've never seen it crazier this is just ludicrous in regards to fundamentals.
  6. Our foundation will be set-up perfectly for a young top notch QB to come in and flourish immediately. A top level RB two opposite Wrs one deep ball catcher one quick separator. A young dynamic TE with a strong young Oline. Insert A stud QB and we're trending up for five plus years. Might only cost us one more year of suffering
  7. There's no way he can be 100% but his process probably has running and movement needed at this stage of his recovery. Not full game speed but running jumping cutting are all things you do around 6-8 months into your recovery.
  8. Yea this ranking means if Bryce doesn't show real improvement we'll be looking for his replacement. We are acquiring weapons down field targets we retain DJ at a good number with him and XL probably making plays this year with JT. We will need a strong arm QB who can hit targets deep consistently. Canales is a big arm QB type of coach his systems have seem to be based off deep passes why would we not try to replicate what makes him successful as a coach. For CJ to be ranked so high and Bryce so low is also putting tremendous pressure on the entire situation he's going to need to step it up in a big way.
  9. The more I think about it having Brooks have a very light year combined with his low wear and tear could set him up for a big second season with whoevers QBing us. Rehab get stronger and more nfl ready and you excel in year two and beyond.
  10. Not such a bad thing if he's hitting deep shots and big plays like slants for 20+ yards. We'll win more it'll help him grow as a QB win win for everybody involved. Not looking to win it all this year but dam being competitive tough out a well coached team is something to look forward to.
  11. Fastest clocked time in game at like 22.3 mph on some Tyreek Hill game speed. This is a fact so game speed might really show his elite speed once we get him in good situations like on time passes where he can turn and take off.
  12. And to think he'll be competing with a receiving TE who when given good QB play should put up pro bowl numbers I'm glad we have a chance to have multiple stars from the same draft.
  13. I'd like to have him as well but honestly I don't think we'll have enough targets to go around for Malik. DJ, one is that joystick type and two his man problem was he wanted more targets let's feature him with Sanders and sprinkle in AT, XL, and Mingo with touches to Brooks we can't manufacture that many touches to add another young weapon would you say?
  14. Lolll what? I think you're confusing starter with a one yard pickup. Brooks is a explosive every down back. Chuba is good but not on the level of Brooks youth, speed, hands out the backfield and lack of wear and tear are all heavily in favor our young stud he'll be the starter at some point this season. But I definitely expect Chuba to contribute at a high amount throughout the season if we're what we plan on being a run heavy team.
  15. Our quick passing game needs multiple elements a potential deep threat who can actually catch contestded jump balls with top notch speed was a perfect addition to our offense. We can't run out three of the same wide outs and expect to be a deceptive or productive team. Currently we can run either XL or DJ deep with confidence they'll make a play but we have our quick separator and our deep big jump ball catcher. We have to have WR with different traits to be dynamic.... Bengals...fast separator Chase Big jump ball WR Tee .... Eagles Fast separator Smith Big deep threat jump ball catcher AJ who happens to be fast asf.) We're following a winning module on how good wr cores are built.
  16. This is literally the best approach possible. Only thing is coaches don’t wake up and say we’re not contenders this year they’re trying to win in a bad way so if he helps us win he’ll get more touches but I think we’d be setting ourselves up for success with this formula. End up with a very high draft pick again in each round and we’re hopefully loaded with talented young players.
  17. Very good points I believe with a little strength conditioning in a years time he'll be breaking tackles similarly. But his go up and get it out the air is elite Mingo doesn't have that.
  18. Honestly I like the idea of double dipping but with the addition of DJ we might not have enough opportunities. He's known for wanting the ball he's been shown to make incredible plays over and over we should feed him ala Smitty in his prime with Ladd AT Mingo and IHM. We still have two decent TEs probably add another RB. Adding two rookie Wrs leaves no room for Mingo growth or IHM opportunities. I like how it looks getting two stud WRs but if we could dramatically benefit from a massive D Lineman or a stud CB or even a DE all of those positions would better impact the team it seems. Remember we feed AT all game last year this year that should be DJ getting a massive amount of targets followed by AT and Mingo sprinkle in our TE group we really don't have to many opportunities left in general to double dip at WR.
  19. Based off what we saw last year I can see us picking Keon at 39 or later with a beneficial trade back because Bryce's deep ball was very underwhelming I'll say. We really need that climb the ladder jump ball catcher a player who's snatching the passes at there high points because as stated the deep ball was oddly very inaccurate so let's try to get our version of Mike Evans with Leggette or KC both jump ball catchers.
  20. Lol I not mad at you I'm glad the drafts finally upon us it's been a long year and this is another shot of optimism based on how well we do. We might pull a Detroit and draft three high quality players setting us up nicely for the future.
  21. Wtf our GM lol man this is comedy right here he's leaking information that available to all GMs and teams I'm confused about what you're saying right now.
  22. Lolll I definitely agree, it's going to be a long season even with improvements across the board we were the absolute worst team last year this year we may be the fifth worst or 7th worst which equals another long season.
