I think bringing up Carruth isn't tackey because JR and this organization changed with that case. You have to remember JR is in charge and we all know if he puts his foot down about character issues it is law. Even with him being completely innocent the mere notion might turn JR away from Collins. I think voth is just pointing out that aspect of the team and not correlating this young man and Carruth. It's the owners mind set and it might prevent us even considering Collins

UDFA are capped there is no big deal to offer

I'm sure he wants to play here he has tons of upside to doing so. But we have JR remember he is extremely against any kind of issues like these even just being a person of interest might make JR turn away from him

The fact him a Trai talk everyday and money doesn't factor with the UDFA cap he could end up here. If JR has any issues even if cleared I doubt it. He seems hell bent on avoiding any slight problems. JR I think is a big reason hardy got shown the door even with players vouching for him

If you work in the legal field how come you think the judge found hardy guilty? Do you practice in NC because if you do you should know Trail De Novo and that the judges verdict no longer exists in the eyes of the law. You should also be aware that NC uses bench trails in these cases to test if it's worth going to a jury trial at all which causes the guilty verdict.

This is the kicker, these so called photos arnt public and wasn't enough to go to trail with. The NFL is a private company that cares, and rightfully so, more about its public image than the truth. I'm sorry but if the NFL has all this damming evidence then why wasn't it shared? If any of this is true why wouldn't the courts follow through?
