I wonder if the people who are in here questioning why Matt Corral doesn't just pay for his cousin's kids took the time to read that Players Tribune piece by Tarik Cohen posted a few weeks ago. The money doesn't spread nearly as far as people want to believe.

As a native Charlottean who's watched and had to listen to thousands of transplants who have descended on Charlotte for jobs and then moved to Fort Mill to dodge paying Charlotte/NC taxes, I get a kick out of the pearl clutching over the 'wasted tax dollars' thing. I saw him with his wife the other night at the Billy Joel concert, walking out with the rest of the crowd. I told my wife, "There's Matt Rhule; he sucks!" and she shot me a dirty look, as if to say, "just let the guy enjoy a date with his wife." hahaha He looked fine; taller and not as schlubby as he's looked in press photos recently. He was conversing happily with people passing by them in the crowd, and he seemed in good spirits.

I feel better hearing that Wilks co-signed this, and that Rhule is listening to his position coaches.

Elflein was the top center in his class. Bradbury was just a better version of him that they didn't want to pass up. He sucked at guard for us, but he's actually been a decent center when they finally put him in that spot. With another offseason and a better coach, hopefully he can return to form. I'd still love to get Linderbaum if he falls to the right spot.

Sounds like Delphi was planning on accepting funding from GM over and above the legal amount allowed. This is right in the thick of the auto industry crash. Why in the hell would Appaloosa and the other investors be on board with GM having undue influence on Delphi when they needed 80 billion in taxpayer money themselves to stay in business? Crap leadership in the auto industry created the mess in the first place. What a coincidence, crap leadership in SC also created this current mess.

I can hardly relate to this at all from a fan perspective, as I grew up listening to Bill Rosinski, and he'll always be the voice I hear in my head when I think of big Panthers moments. However, the thing I take from this is how much younger you are than me, and how big of a Panthers fan you are. It's great to see the fandom passed down to new generations. It takes a long time to build a fanbase like the Steelers or Packers, and it starts like this. Thanks for sharing this!

I swear, these 'draft experts' are as reactionary/dumb as the hand wringers on this site. If they didn't try to create drama where there is none, they'd have nothing to talk about in the offseason. We have no idea how the draft is going to go. That proves to be true every single year.

Probably means that Rhule always has the team winning by the third year. Would take a miracle, but you never know. If you can't understand/decipher/decode Robbie's tweets, then they're probably not meant for you in the first place.

He was 15 years ahead of the curve. That's why that place didn't work out. The food and service were great, but other than Ballantyne Village and Stonecrest, that area was a ghost town on weeknights and weekends back then. Today that place would be packed to the gills with insufferable transplants, rich, old creeps with young wives, and their cougar ex-wives on the prowl.
