  1. This is one mans opinion and I feel sure there are others that say Bryce Young would be a better choice than C'J. Stroud but I have also seen numerous NFL Scouts saying they think Stroud would become the better NFL QB. So it depends on whose opinion one likes, or wants to believe. Personally, I still would like to see the Panthers draft C.J. Stroud.
  2. If you are an NFL Head Coach it is very important to be able to communicate a detailed vision you have for a team going forward, if it doesn't mesh with the owners, odds are you job will soon be history.
  3. UCONN is who I have my money on, so let's see what happens.
  4. I been a Panthers fan since day one and I certainly cannot recall a bigger debate, decision, discussion in Panthers history.
  5. Like you, i feel the Panthers are not looking at themselves being in a rebuilding mode but more of a restocking effort to go for a championship this year and years to come. The key will depend on the QB they draft being able to adjust to the NFL quickly and help the team rise to the next level in a some what weak NFC South.
  6. The Panthers are supposed to be going after defense the 2nd day of the draft and DE should be high on their target list.
  7. I will drink to that. Tequila it is.
  8. I fully agree with that statement.
  9. Bottom Line: Always look at the calendar around this time of year!
  10. He does look a lot like Pickles but is a better QB, although a big disappointment so far.
  11. In that case, please don't buy one. LOL
  12. "Bryce Young will be the best QB ever in Charlotte" How can Bryce Young be the best QB in Charlotte. when the Panthers will most likely draft C.J. Stroud? LOL
  13. If the Panthers are able beat the Saints and have a little luck this season they could make the playoffs. Presently, I am just happy the team is finally building the right way to become more competive and hopefully making them a constant playoff threat.
  14. This: "He needs to dial it down a notch and grow up a little more."
  15. Keep him and see how he develops, unless some team is willing to make an offer to good to refuse.
  16. I am far and away from being an expert draft evaluator but I have felt like C.J. Stroud would be the Panthers # 1 overall draft selection for a long time. Could I be wrong? Certainly.......
  17. Anthony Richardson NFL Scouting Report Weaknesses Has struggled with his decision-making and needs to improve his pre-snap recognition skills to read defenses and see blitzes. Doesn't decipher information as quickly as you would like, but does see the entire field and understands coverage. His mechanics are hit-or-miss as Richardson struggles to remain consistent. His stride is inconsistent, leading to sporadic accuracy. Although he does have a quick release he still often hangs on to the ball too long leading to sacks Richardson has a bad habit of fading and throwing off his back foot when the pocket gets muddled, and he is too often all-arm when throwing on the move, sacrificing accuracy massively. Limited experience - has just a single year of college football behind him and from a passing perspective it wasn't pretty Very inaccurate - he consistently misses open receivers. His accuracy isn't even close to anybody in the top 10 of this year's QB class Poor throwing mechanics - hasn't demonstrated he can be a consistent dropback passer
  18. I am glad the group of young guys had the handicapped persons back. To often I see some drunk jerk at a sporting event causing problems, instead acting like a respectable adult.
