Florida QB, Anthony Richardson would be an ideal choice for a team that has a decent but not great QB and feels it has time to develop and coach Richardson up to become the eventual starter.

Just when you think he has no chance to escape a rushing defensive lineman, or no way he can complete a really hard pass, he proves you wrong. I can hardly wait to see how he does in the NFL this year regardless of which team, and I hope it's the Panthers, drafts him.

Seems Tepper is a quick learner and man enough to admit his mistakes. He learned a valuable lesson from the Rhule disaster and is doing it the right way as an NFL owner by taking a support role and relying on Reich and Fitterer to make important roster decisions.

That could very well be the case that he felt like he deserved to be # one elsewhere. However, Foreman was a bruising RB, a type the Panthers will need to wear down the other teams defense even if it's in a backup role..
