  1. Cam Jackson is a defensive tackle for the Florida Gators college football team. He's a senior, weighing in at 6'6" and 342 lbs. Jackson transferred to Florida from Memphis after three seasons there. He's known for his size and ability to disrupt the run game. Great pick for Rd # 5. Cam should fit right in and help upgrade the much needed run stopping ability of the team.
  2. He said he was going to drop 15 Lbs. and play at 265 this year. Dropping 15 Lbs. should make him a little quicker.
  3. 8. Carolina Panthers: WR Tetairoa McMillan (Arizona) Grade: B The Panthers have spent a lot of assets on wide receivers over the past two drafts, but adding McMillan gives Bryce Young a true “X” wide receiver and moves Xavier Legette to a WR2 role that’s a bit more appropriate for him. The Panthers have a talented offense with a deep offensive line and running game and now McMillan adding depth and starting talent to the wide receiver room. Player comparison: Tee Higgins
  4. If the Panthers go DT in the first Rd , i think the pick should be Mason Graham or Kenneth Grant, depending which one is available. I personally like Kenneth Grant a better than Mason Graham because he is a little bigger and supposed be the stronger of the two..
  5. You got me on the April Fool Joke.
  6. This is sad indeed...... May they both rest In Peace....
  7. I never trusted Mel Kipper after he made the big, big mistake of praising Jimmy Clausen to high heavens.
  8. When Bryce Young got another shot to start to his credit, he seized it. Bryce looked rejuvenated and much more assured. The poise and confidence he displayed over the second half of 2024 were night and day to anything witnessed previously. There was also a newfound swagger that became impossible to ignore. He's got some work ahead during the offseason, but the Panthers now have hope where once there was nothing but pessimism.
  9. My guess this is Sam Darnold's last game as a Viking. It will be interesting to see where he ends up next season.
  10. I cannot blame Bryce Young one bit for not liking "The Reaper" name. it sounds morbid and a more fitting name for a professional wrestler.
  11. I am proud of Bryce Young for standing tough and putting in the hard work to move forward and shed the bust image, while proving he is an NFL Starting QB that is on an upward trend.
  12. A lot of these posters that re talking negative about Bryce Young are the same ones that previously said he would always be a complete bust Now some of those same posters refuse to admit they were wrong and that Bryce is showing enough improvement to be the Panthers possible starting QB going forward.
  13. You have just expressed my exact feelings. The previous dark future for Bryce Young is now looking bright. I am expecting Bryce, to improve even more and with added experience.
  14. The Panthers and QB Bryce Young are both on an upward trend. I look for the team to be playoff contenders sooner, rather than later.
  15. Bryce Young has looked good for sometime. Looks like the Panthers have finally got a quality QB to build around.
  16. I would presently take the much younger Bryce over the 30 year old Winston and his interceptions, the main reason teams let him go and try finding another QB.
  17. I fully agree, The Panthers should load the box and make Jalen Hurts prove he can beat them.
  18. That is why I am glad the Panthers drafted Brooks in the 2nd round, which will help extend Hubbard's career
  19. I agree that sadly his best days are behind him. I always loved the way he ran when he was here, giving it all every second he was on the field.
  20. I read an NFL sports story recently featuring the Washington Redskins of long ago. The story (part below) told how Redskins QB Billy Kilmer excelled even though his pass resembled a "Wounded Duck" which showed there was a lot more to being a good NFL QB than shear passing ability. ( "Redskins Manager George Allen wanted Billy Kilmer because of his “grittiness, toughness and smarts.” ). ( "One Redskin QB, Sonny Jurgensen would throw precise spiral passes deep to Charlie Taylor, or work the sideline for 1st downs then hit Jerry Smith in the end zone.") (" When the Redskins other Redskin QB, Billy Kilmer threw a pass it resembled a “Wounded Duck,” all wobbly most of the time. But Billy was a competitor and a winner and finished as one of the 70 Greatest Redskins.")
