    The Frank Reich firing was not a shocking move and was probably something that needed to be done at some point.

    If the Panthers offensive line is not the worst in the NFL it is close and today with the injuries it just got worse.

    Tepper is not going to admit he made a mistake hiring Frank Reich, so i feel he will be here next year but I expect some position coaches to be let go.

    During his entire head coaching career, Frank Reich's two teams combined for a record of 42-48-1 across six seasons including going 1-2-0 in the playoffs. Knowing Reich's' past six year record, how in the world did Tepper think he would instantly go from being a career loser to a sudden winner?

    We will know more next year when we can improve the offensive line to give him more protection and get some receivers that run the correct routes and have the ability to get open.

    Every one of Frank Reich’s gambits has failed in 2023. Bryce Young’s progression has halted without any weapons or new thinking. To cap this off you’ve got an owner in David Tepper with the attention span of a chipmunk when it comes to failure.

    Exactly. Passing judgement on a rookie QB playing on the worst team in the NFL is not the proper or wise thing to do.
