The fact that the Tampa Bay players speak highly of Panthers new Head Coach Dave Canales is certainly a plus.

Sorry Ron, I agree a good defense can really help win championships but it still needs a good offense to go along with it if the team wants to be a consistent winner. Perhaps Ron's one way thinking is way he is presently out of a head coaching job.

Before the Panthers just throw Bryce Yong aside after playing his first year with a horrible team, they should fix the bad offensive line and get him wide receivers that can get open and catch the ball. With the Panthers limited resources I don't see them being competive for at least two more years, so in the meanwhile, like other bottom feeding teams, fans will just have to ride it out.

There is nothing wrong with Canales and Morgan reporting to Tepper, the owner of the team. The big question is will Tepper listen and take their input to heart.

This rant is way to long. If Tepper's people actually take time (Which I Doubt) to read it, I feel sure it will give them a long hard laugh.

If the Panthers have found the right coach and general manager to put all the right players around Bryce Young will be key moving forward. That's why most of the coaching candidates on the teams wish list were young offensive coordinators. The two positives Young can take from this season are that he never fell apart physically due to his size and that he never lost confidence like many quarterbacks have during a nightmarish rookie year.

Tampa Bay OC Dave Canales got the most one could expect out of what he had to work with. One can hardly ask for more than that and if can do the same with the Panthers I would be happy.

I wanted a young offensive minded person to be the Panthers next head and will be very happy if they hire Dave Canales. I want a coach that will find success with the Panthers for a long time, so they will be able to build a system that enable them to become better year after year..

Number one, I want us to get an offensive mined HC, someone like Ben Johnson would be ideal. Number two, I would like to get the OL improved to the point it can protect QB Bryce Young and open holes for what I hope will be and improved running game.

I just hope the new cap management person is a genius who will be able to work out deals that gets the Panthers headed in the right direction.

I will stand pat until I see what direction the team is heading. Hopefully it will be full speed ahead.
