DAY 2: Best of the Rest Big Board by Positions of Interest
KatsAzz replied to MHS831's topic in Carolina Panthers
I would be a happy camper if the Panthers were willing and able to draft Ojulari. -
Thanks for the post. Welcome to the Huddle.

Dave Tepper has become a major asset for the Panthers
KatsAzz replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
That was a valued input by Tepper and somewhat of a no brainer. Regardless, it got the Panthers the best QB in the draft. -
Yeah!!! I enjoy eating there every morning except Sunday and have never gotten diarrhea.

Colts taking Will Levis in the 2nd after drafting AR15?
KatsAzz replied to TheWiz's topic in Carolina Panthers
Difference is 2 tackles can be on the field at the same time all game long, while the 1 of the QB's would become the starter and the other would sit, creating a total waste of a position. -
We certainly don't want the mental breakdowns the d-men seemed to have in game 5.
-
Looks like the Panthers passed out their 2023 Play Books to the players early this year. LOL
-
Yes. looks like that had a lot to do with his 1st Rd downfall.

Round 1 - The Carolina Panthers Select Bryce Young - QB - Alabama
KatsAzz replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
What was that bear doing in the video. LOL -
Hmmm!!! The fact Will Levis will not stay to hear his name called on the second night does not speak to highly of him.
-
My bad. I see what you mean and agree that the S2 did not seem to matter.
-
That would be a shocker!!!!
-
LOL
-
"Bryce Young No Matter What" Whole lot of truth in that statement.
-
From the S2 scores I saw, if i remember correctly, Will Levis had a good score, it was C.J. Stroud that was reported to had the super low score.
-
ESPN NFL Draft analyst Todd McShay said after Thursday's first round that Kentucky QB Will Levis' personality and style of play contributed to his drop into the second round.
-
There is a lot of talent in that group, so trading back and would probably be the smart move if the Panthers can find an interested trade partner. (" 39. Carolina: Trade back. You have the top 2 Guards on the board (Torrence and Aliva), OLB/Edges Hall and Sanders, TE Washington, CBs Brents, Ringo, and Turner, and an OT I really like, Bergeron from Syracuse. UNC WR Downs is sitting right there--waiting to drive down 85 to play for the Black and Blue. That is 10 players, so I would move back to 48-50 if I could, then move up to about 60 to get a second day-2 player. But that is just me--I live on the edge.")
-
That could very well happen. Hooker has lots of talent an would be a good value in this range.
-
It surprised me that Kentucky QB Will Levis didn't come off the board in the 1st round. My guess is Levis will probably be selected fairly quickly in the 2nd round.
-
That is the gospel truth.

REPORT: Anthony Richardson was Panthers QB #2
KatsAzz replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
I can see where there is a concern with his size but let's hope the many positives Bryce Young has will override that one negative factor. -

To his credit, Tepper admitted the mistake of hiring Rhule. He seemed to have learned a lesson in humility by the mistake and was smart enough to step back, hire great coaches and let them and Fitterer make the important football moves.
