    Justin Fields’ fifth-year option was declined by the Steelers in April. Without a new contract, he will be a free agent in March. I am pulling for Bryce Young to look good the rest of the season, but if he doesn't, how many of you would be on board for the Panthers to try signing Justin Fields?

    Give Horn the long term contract he deserves. The Panthers can ill afford to mess around lose a talent him.

    Bryce Young looked like a decent NFL Starting QB today that turned a corner. I see no reason why Bryce will not continue to get get even better the rest of the season and really shine next year.

    I don't want to get over excited just yet, but Bryce Young seemed to have turned a corner today. Today for the first time, Bryce showed me a lot of the things Pro Scouts were seeing when they sang his praise before he was drafted.

    The Panthers can do a lot better than Daniel Jones, which would be a foolish decision. However, going by their past history that means they will probably try obtaining him.

    I wish Ian Thomas good luck next year regardless of where he goes or what he does but I have to admit that i am glad it will not be playing for the Panthers.

    Brooks will be getting his first playing time as a Panthers running back and i am anxious to see how he does.

    Yes he is. I didn't realize that until i looked his bio up a few minutes ago.

    At least the Panthers got something for Jonathan Mingo, instead of flat out releasing him later.

    Just one look at the draft list tells one the Panthers suck picking quality draft choices.

    I would jump on a 3rd and 6th for Bryce Young so fast the other teams head would swim.

    And it would have been 25 points if the Atlanta runner had not elected to stop just short of the Panthers goal line at games end.

    I feel the same way and like you, will always be a Carolina Panthers fan. It is a shame how the Panthers have never been a consistent wining franchise and with an owner like Tepper's I don't see any positive changes going forward.
