    Bills may still win, but I wasn't a fan of how McDermott handled the end of regulation. Wasting a timeout to ice the kicker, then kneeling with 20 seconds and one timeout instead of trying to get into FG range. Not sure another team with an "elite" QB does that. You know Mahomes and Reid are firing away.

    Hard to blame that on Bryce when Icky was essentially a cardboard cutout on that play. Even the announcers were calling him out for awful technique.

    It also feels like outside of maybe 2 or 3 coaches, everyone is so conservative and uniform. Like I’m watching college ball today and seeing so many 4th down plays, trick plays, fake punts, weird offensive formations. The NFL is so homogenized.

    The top teams all feeling beatable definitely makes it a lot of fun. I don’t know if it’s the Panthers being dog water or what, but the NFL has felt pretty meh this year. Maybe it’ll heat up in the playoffs.

    I'm still not sold on Ryan Day. He has a massive talent advantage in 98% of his games, and in the 2% he doesn't, he almost always loses.

    I'll say this - yes, they both sucked hard here. Some of the worst football I've ever seen. However, there's something to be said for professionalism. And decency. No amount of money gives you the right to treat other people badly, and Rhule being a prick both on and off the field makes him much more hateable to me than Frank.

    Iowa brought in a new kicker, ice cold off the bench to beat Rhule and make sure they’re not bowl eligible. You hate to see it.

    Weird stat about our game Sunday. Titans are 3-7, but 3-0 in Nashville (they lost their “home” game in London). They haven’t won anywhere else. I highly doubt we’re snapping that streak, but even other bad teams at least have SOME positives this season.

    Was watching Amazon's new Barry Sanders documentary "Bye Bye Barry" and noticed a familiar name handing him the ball for the final carry of his career. (I never knew he even played for the Lions.)
